aup, i used no oi's with fulham and look at the success i brought in with stueys tweak :) Fulham 4th should of been 2nd but better players in and the league us fulhams :)
 
Update To Everyone !!

Please anyone who is using this tactic make sure you have the right background staff !! Also assistant manager, if your using him for your oi's make sure his tactical knowledge is vast, or else you could end up disappointed.

Also play your friendlies, make sure you have one every 3-4 days, try people out in different positions, only way you'll learn the tactic and make it more fun for you :)

Personally i am looking at filters for each position, so will be helpful if people who have used this tactic tell me there best player and where they played, make my life easier :)

My game is ruined, both Everton and Huddersfield came up with a crack using youth team and where beaten 15-0 and 0-17 I'm really ****** off about that.

I will start a new save with Feyenoord Rotterdam ( Dutch League ) hope I can make this tactic work, they have 2 young promising def ( de Vrij & Martins Indi ) and 1 very good cm ( Jordy Clasie ) and a promising 17 year old amc ( Vilhena ). Only worries are the left wing back and the strikers, they only have 1 reasonable striker and not a lot of money.

striker u could try abel hernandez - palermo..costs around 4-5mil and is a steal

cant think of a wing back tho, maybe look at loan options

4-5 mil is to much LOL I started with a 1.8 mil transfer budget and after selling a winger I could get Helenius for 3, a bit much but an ok striker for the Dutch league

Got given 11m 2nd season, aint much to transform fulham, but hey ho. Ben arfa for 7m and a few loans will do me to do well in champions league i guess :)
