An inauspicious start for my Spurs team on this tactic. I beat Villa at home 2 - 0 without really creating much in the way of chances.
Then in my second game with it, I draw with an Israeli team I'd never heard of in the Europa League 1 - 1 at home. I had lots of shots and possession but only two CCCs.
I'll give it one last try away to West Ham and see if I can't create a bit more.

Of course it will, the tactic is based on Real Madrid
The tactic does start off slow mate, but once u build up those wins and build up moral it gets better and better
I'm thinking about rotating between this and Raikan's Dortmund recreation, playing this away and Dortmund home.
I haven't really got the cover at DLP for either but the Sacchi tweak doesn't seem to be doing it.
I want to be able to retain majority possession away from home and against West Ham at least I did.
My main concern with this is it means I have to play El Shaawaray out of his best position in a DLF role. While he did score a hatrick in the West Ham game I'd fear he won't develop to his full potential in that role.
Sterling actually might make a good Advamced Playmaker and had a good game in that spot for me against the Israelis - the only one of my team to do so.
In my last Spurs game, Levy threw £50 million at me at Xmas when he saw me sitting pretty atop the league.
I'm top after 8 or 9 games at the minute so if I do the same I might try and get either Felliani or Suarez for the DLP or CF roles. Both transfer listed and both a big improvement for me - though they are both being circled by the big clubs in England/Spain and the French oil money.
I want El Shaw as DLP - deep lying forward. He can play there but I don't think it's his best position and I'm a big fan of his.
It's have Soldado, Defoe, Fierro, Maupay or El Shaw for the striker positions. I don't think Soldado or Defoe can cut it as DLF, and Fierro and Maupay are too young and underdeveloped to win me the BPL.
For the sake if realism I want to hold off starting Maupay regularly until he's 17 at least.
I also have Holtby, Lamela, Eriksen and Sterling who'd all happily take the AMC spot, and I don't see El Shaw as a CM.
I have Holtby or Eriksen doing a job there but neither offer much defensively.
Yeah your confusing me, your saying, DLP which is Deep Lying Playmaker
DLF is Deep Lying Forward mate
El shaw would be great for that role, allows him to drop back into the pockets and pick out passes aswell as getting into box and scoring himself..maybe set him on deep lying forward training for a month or so mate?
Holtby could play cm if in right he is training as a cm? Or Eriksen?
I have maupay myself and played him in the cup and he scored 2 I think from the cf position
Wouldn't bother using Defoe as he jus blasts the ball all over the place, everywhere apart from the back of the net
I am using part of your tweak stuey in as much as counter attacking unticked and dlf forward runs often.
But the defence and def mid I kept marking the same as I think Man marking on this game is rubbish.

Man marking is better for them players
When they were zonal they kept on getting dragged out of position to close players down and leaving too many gaps at the back to exploit
Now they are man marking they stay in position and just close down players who are next to them
But upto u if u wana change it mate
I have to say that this tactic is sensational!!!! I have been using the StueyRob tweak version with my Kalmar FF team in Sweden. Switched to it halfway through my 1st season & got to the QF's of the Europa League losing to a very strong Arsenal side. I also beat Atletico Madrid home & away in the group stage! I do have a pretty strong team with some good youngsters but nowhere near the standard of the teams I managed to beat in the Europa League. I'll upload some screenies asap. My Kalmar team did get taken over by a Mexican Tycoon aswell

Sorry. Autocorrect is changing DLF to DLP for some reason.
I hear you on Defoe. I want rid of him, but need a back-up replacement as already shifted Adebayors massive wages off the bill.
I also want rid of Soldado - he just seems to blow hot and cold. When he's in form he bangs them in, but the rest of the time he's not at much.
Abel Hernandez is good and at a bargain price of 4-5mil

Torres does well with the tactic believe it or not
Kevin volland could do well, he is 1 for the future that can be used now
After that your looking at the likes of your cavanis, falcaos etc.....
