Good Pre Season Results wise but just lack ed the cutting edge in the final 3rd but got wins against Cowdenbeath, Ayr, Northampton and Peterborough, while drawing v Llanelli and losing against Spurs.

Bought and loaned an impressive 14 players which cost £675k while selling 8 players which brings in £1.8million into the clubs coffers.

Managers View:
Mixed month as we drawn the opening game then got knocked out of the Carling Cup but been doing good since and our home form is the key if where to get play-offs or better this season. Need to sort it out at the back as we've got the like of Rhodes, Rudolf, Mellor and Mackie upfront.​

Manager's View
A bad month as we lost 2 keague games to Mk Dons and Charlton and we are conceding too many goals at the moment and we've been knocked out of the Johnstone's Paint trophy and we wanted to go far in that competition but it wasn't to be buit hopefully we can go on another long unbeaten run and cement our place in the top 6.​
