Man Utd draw Swansea

Man utd have earned them an easy draw against Swansea at home, with many pundits thinking of the match being a no match. It'll be interesting to see if Man Utd play with their fringe player as Sir Alex often did or Shah will want to win a trophy and name a strong side. The tie to watch out for will be Tottenham against Man City at the white hart lane.

Manchester United hoping to bounce back!

After a boring draw against everton, Man Utd are hoping to defeat Newcastle at St. James Park. It hasn't been the best two matches for Man Utd, but they've started slowly many times and started hitting gears when it really mattered. Man Utd fans will hope that is just the case and so will be the thoughts of Shah who has had a decent start to his managerial career at the Old Trafford.

United finish month strongly

After a good start to the month, Man Utd seemed to have lost steam against blackburn and everton but things returned to normalcy as Man Utd beat Newcastle 3-1 at St. James Park. Berbatov got them to a good start with a goal on the 22nd minute but they didn't manage to find another goal and pegged back in the first half stopage time. After the break united dominated possession but couldn't find a way through until the 76th minute when Vidic scored with a fine headed. Later substitute Benzema completed the scoring in the stoppage time, to hand united a deserved victory at St. James park and vital 3 points to boost their confidence.

Frantic 8 days after International Break​

As Man Utd players return from international break, they've got three games back to back one of them against arch rivals Man City which they'll want to win. After finding feet against Newcastle Man Utd will look to carry on their good form and will be hoping to win all the three fixture. Easiest of them will be wolves at home, while Basel and Man City away could prove to be a trick affair and may result in dropping points if Shah experiments in either of the matches, with fan base looking expectantly its up to Shah now to deliver the goods.

Man Utd unimpressive against Wolves

In a match where they were touted comfortable winners, Man Utd managed to get away with a 1-0 win against lowly wolves, wit Berbatov the only scorer. Man Utd opened the scoring early on with a 10th minute goal from berbatov. That was the only positive finishing from United though as they struggled after wards. Out of the 21 shots on goal only 7 were on target and Shah won't be happy with the over all performance although 3 points will be something that will please him.

Man Utd kick-off in champions league against Basel

Man Utd will be looking for a winning start to their campaign against Basel away from home. Man Utd have been topsy turvy this season, and though unbeaten they've looked Vulnerable at the back. Basel will be looking to exploit any tiredness in the Man Utd camp with an efficient display at home which will be necessary if they want to upset the odds and qualify from the group which is looking very unlikely at present.

Man Utd kicked off their european campaign in style against FC Basel with goals from Park, Carrick and Vidic. Man Utd began brightly and dominated possesion, but it wasn't until Park's goal in 22nd minute that they really threatened. After the goal, Man Utd attacked but couldn't get that 2nd goal. Basel was doing pretty good with only 10 men with Ferati sent off in the 40th minute. But goals from carrick(67) and Vidic(89) ensured that Man Utd go on high morale to England ahead of their fixture against Man City.

Man Utd face Man City In Derby​

After a slow start to the season Man Utd will look for this match to be a spring board for their season, but will have to look out for a strong City line up which may well cause them problem.

Man Utd lost their first derby after SAF's death to Man City after a goal from milner gave city the edge in a pretty even game at the City Of Manchester Stadium in Manchester. Man Utd fans are devastated at losing to their bitter rivals as Roberto Mancini has the last laugh at Shah. Aruto Vidal a new signing for Man City, gave them the lead before Rooney equalized on the 37th Minute. The game then turned a battle for possession wit Man City edging the battle and a goal from Milner shattered the dreams of Man Utd fans.

Man Utd are a good club, but to put an absolute amateur as the club manager and expect him to win the league and other trophies, they gotta be mad

Young Man Utd unimpressive against Swansea

A young Man Utd with only Vidic from the first team were almost upset by a hungry Swansea side at the old Trafford. Swansea took the lead in the 28th minute through Alan Tate and managed to hold on the lead going into the half-time. It seemed as Man Utd will get the hair drier treatment. Man Utd came out in the second half with some intent and took the lead after goals from Captain Vidic and Wonderkid Lukaku. With Man Utd at ease, Dobbie scored in the 82nd minute and enforced extra time where both teams were dissaponting. Man Utd managed to win but the manager will be disappointed by the over all performance of the team.​

I have to admit the team didn't play well, but it was a very young line up, I should have mixed some experience. I apologize to the fans

Man Utd End September Strongly​

After some dismal performances Man Utd managed to finish September on high with wins against Blackpook(3-1) and Sampodria(5-0).

Man Utd to be playing well under new manager Shah but he is yet to be totally accepted and it'll take him atleast one trophy this season to win over the fans and Management of the club.

Man Utd beat blackpool after slow start.

Man Utd slow and sluggish for the first 45 minutes as blackpool took the lead in the 23rd minute after a cleared corner fell to Grandin who scored from 25 yards out. Aftre fallng behind Man Utd started to come strong and equalized through Berbatov in the 45th minute. After the interval, they played some strong football and goals from Bebe' and Rooney sealed the match for the title contenders.​

Man Utd thrash Sampdoria at Old Trafford

Man Utd put a bullish performance against sampdoria at old trafford with a brace from Rooney and a Benzema Hat trick. United took the lead through Rooney in the 18th minute and then the goals just flew as Sampdoria couldn't cope up. things went from good to worse as Galsattedo was sent off in the 70th minute and United took the numerical advantage by scoring 3 in the last 20 minutes.

A lacklustre Man Utd side just overcame wigan after an Own Goal from James Mccarthy 19 minutes before time the only difference between the sides. Man Utd have struggled in the league so far, though they've lost only one match, fans have not been able to see any dominating performances, promised at the start of the season. The internationals provide a perfect time for Shah to re-think his strategies.

Man Utd return from break ahead of a Frantic Schedule

Man Utd players are back at Old Trafford ahead of a crazy Schedule which consists of 5 matches in 2 weeks including the Champions League fixture to valencia. Shah would be hoping to use the players at his disposal and get the best possible results after some fans have expressed their views about the lack of dominance and goals.

I assure the fans, goals will soon flow, the team has been gelling together and the flow is improving. I ask them to be patient

Man Utd welcome current league leaders Tottenham as fans are hoping that the promise made by shah is materialized and they get to see some goals. According to sources Rio and Vidic will start at the center and berbatov too will start against his former club.

Nani rips Tottenham apart

An incredible display of wing play by Nani saw him with three assists and a goal as Man Utd score six past Tottenham who were the league leaders. Rooney gave a perfect start with a goal in the first Minute. Their lead was enhanced with goals from Vidic, Park adn Nani as Man Utd led 4-0 at half time. After the half Man Utd dominated possession while Vidic grabbed his second. Micheal Owen, playing his first game under new manager Shah finished off the rout with a goal in stoppage time. With Man Utd fans demanding goals, Shah and Utd have given them a perfect result.

Shah attacked in Valencia​

Man Utd team received a shocking entry in Spain as Team Manager shah was attacked. Team Manager was just getting out of the airport alone after the team head left for the hotels as he was caught up in some business. As soon as he stepped out, two gun men fired at the manager but as they were on a bike, one of the bullet just hit his leg as Shah fell down on the floor and seeing the security arrive, the two men fled. This is a very serious news, as someone is trying to destroy Man Utd after assassinating SAF just three months ago. Man Utd board are looking into the situation and Spanish police and Club Valencia have issued their full support.

According to sources, United Manager will be present at the dug out, but this can affect the morale of the team, which looked to have kick started their season against tottenham just yesterday. ​

Man Utd register win despite attack

Manchester Utd registered a victory against Valencia at Mestalla despite the attack on their Manager yesterday. Man Utd came out as a team with intent as Shah limped on the sidelines motivating his troop. It soon paid dividends as Rio Ferdinand scored his first of the season with a Header from a corner. Man Utd seemed to have a grip on the match before Valencia replied with a brilliant goal from Alberto Costa. The game died out from that moment as both team tried to retain possession. The valencia fans sounded their discontent about the attack by singing for the injured Utd manager who seem pleased with the crowd and clapped many times towards them. Man Utd sealed the victory with a rooney goal in the 71st minute. Man Utd will be happy coming away with a result away as they look to regroup after the attack.

Man Utd defeat Bolton in even game

In a surprisingly even game, Man Utd beat Bolton after a superb performance from youngster Chris Smalling in the defence. Man Utd took the lead as early in the 11th minute through a own goal from the Bolton goalkeeper. Bolton tried to pressure Man Utd but with smalling on song failed to muster a single shot on target. Nani put the tie beyond doubt after his goal in the 46th minute. Man Utd are slowly building momentum in the league and their progress will be interesting to see.

Holders face Sheffield Utd

League cup holders Man Utd face Sheffield Utd in a match being touted as easy, but Sheffield will be on the prowl after a dismal performance from Man Utd youngsters last time around. It'll be interesting to see what team Shah puts out and whether he'll trust youngsters or go with a experienced Line up. Man Utd have it all to do here as they look to build momentum.

A young looking Man Utd side brushed aside Sheffield Utd as they Man Utd look good to hold on to the trophy they won last year. Man Utd made smashing start to the match with Hernandez scoring on the 4th minute. 6 minutes later Lucas doubled the lead and Man Utd were firmly in control by the half hour mark thanks to a Anderson goal. Sheffield pulled one back in 37th minute but never looked threatening. Man Utd happily kept possession before a late goal by Evans in 87th minute set them for the fifth round of the cup. It has been rumored Man Utd Management will look for at least a trophy from Shah, and this looks their best bet without any hiccups. For now, Man Utd win, but their's still a lot of football to be played.
