Hello, OP.
I've played a season with ur tactic and gotta say its FANTASTIC. Fits for Roma very well. All I did ws removing "tight marking" and "tacle hard" for CB. Before doing it they used to get red cards almost every match. Have a look at my screens.

Lacazette and totti almost on 30 league goals, both of them played in striker spot and rotated?

Yeah remove tight marking i added in this thread
but tackle hard u can keep I think

Yes, both strikers. Now its last year for Totti, need 11 more goals to beat Pioli's record.
I'll try with tackle hard.
Just sold Ljaic for 77M euro to PSG. At 1st transfer period no one wanted to buy him even for 9M.
Florenzi became world class player with ur tactic. gonna use him as left winger.

Yeah and add "close down much more" on striker too, thats also another mistake i made in the tactic

CB = - tight mark
ST = + close down much more

Just to say - very impressed with this too. Playing as Barnsley and really doing well in season 1 with no transfers.
I find choosing defensive positioning is very handy. The tactic is very offensive anyway and defensive positioning away from home seems to limit the opposition chances.

(Liked your early tactic with the regista too!)

Yeah i use def positioning always when im mid / low table club
You mean the 4-2-3-1 deep with DM regista couple?

Yeah that one was nice, I want to make a more defensive 4-2-3-1 with DMs like mourinho uses away but I cant get it working
something for fm 16!

I hope that I can in the beginning of fm16 make:
1. Game breaking 4231 CM home tactic
2. game breaking 4231 DM away tactic (counter)

And sorry for my ignorance, how to recognize should my opponent use longball or will play tiki taka?

Its easy, watch which style the manager use. if its short or long, and so on, in the team report
but this only applies if u got slow defenders, 16 + pace defenders (and acceleration) wont have a problem

This tactic worked great with Gute (5th swedish division)
Maritimo B, portuguese 3rd division and Maritimo, portuguse 1st division
if u got decent material for it it should work

cause it works with this tactical system with these instructions..
When using generic roles u can tweak much more with PI´s rather than specialist roles
a winger on support can with the right PI still act like something else

You can watch the tactic play and if u want to use other types of wingers go ahead..
tactics can be improved to infinity
 
Just wanted to thank you for sharing the tactic , it's excelent. I took west ham , only bought krul .
Finished 3rd in league , in Fa cup i lost in semi finals , Capital cup not important so my 2nd team played there , and i managed to win EUFA Cup . Most insane thing i had is Diafta Sakho scoring 56 goals in 48 games , that are messi numbers haha.
He is top BLP scorer with 32 goals and he wasnt even playing full january he was on African duty :) also he was top EUFA cup scorer with 23 goals and so on , im scared what would this tactic do with better teams :D Btw Sakho is worth 26.5 million pounds haha

I think this got all overpowered stuff mixed into it
Feel free to remove all set pieces if you want

I added these so that ppl could win the league with bottom teams..
its not my set pieces they are from monstrous pnp as mentioned in the thread
So it should have long throw as well im sure of it

I heard atletico madrid also wanted him.. How good is he?

He plays attacking winger for malmö.. but I heard he can also defend well? He also used to be right back..
What is his potential? How is his attack, his defence?
Is he a serbian talent?

What would u set his potential to on FM?
