It's the Tenaza Yuxtapuesta by Floro Recatado (character created by Alfonso Ussía). The eleven players to side to side, when they steal the ball, they stand on a queue and give it to the middle man, then get forward and with a series of deftly passes they put it in the feet of the striker, who's placed in the front point of the queue.
