Funny/Random things in FM2012

So this just happened to me. I was playing at home against Vointa Sibiu (I'm U Cluj). It's in the 92nd minute of the match, we're up 3-1, and Gicu Grozav (my striker) recently picked up a yellow card. My right winger sends in a cross, he lays out for the ball and knocks it in. But get this:the referee calls him for a foul, deems him to have dived, and gives him a second yellow card and disallows the goal. I don't understand how one can dive in the process of scoring a goal.
 
Once when I was playing the opposition had a guy who was on a yellow and did a bad challenge and the computer said its his second yellow but he got subbed before the red card! I was furious!
 
I was managing Swindon in npower league 2, I am first with a few points diff.
Around November 2011, West Ham sack their coach, because they are 17th and i am their favorite.
I apply for job, my board wants to kill me and now im managing westham in the championship

I play 2 games with Westham win 3-0 and 1-4, Sunderland sack steve bruce and again I am seen as a favorite replacement,
I apply for the job and I get it. My board tells me I am being unproffessional etc.

tl:dr Went from npower League 2 to the Premier league in less than 6 months

If u hack down a player with two feet, it's going to be a straight red card, y do the players say it was never a red card when it clearly was?

Has anyone experienced this and do you know why the board have done it? Is it like a short-term way of getting some cash because we're struggling financially or because they think the £585k is better than 10% of when/if Anji ever sell him?

This feature has always been there as far as I know. In FM10 as Everton I used it to get a quick 5-7Mil from Wayne Rooney's transfer from whenever that was. It should fluctuate depending on what the 2 boards agree as a likely sale price at that moment. Sometimes, though, you have to be cautious because you can miss out on money by selling the clause and, if the player gets sold, the 10% you were owed could've been more than what you sold the clause for.
I think works the other way as well, in that you can buy a clause that you owe from another team.

More often than not Fulham end up in Blue Square premier as they go into administration unless they're taken over by a tycoon (which is rare). If they do get taken over by a tycoon they end up as a top four club with players like Junior Hoilett.
