November & December Review
It's been a few months since my return to English football and I've really enjoyed it and feel like I've learnt quite a lot at Arsenal, especially about the different players personalities and how I should handle each player to different differences with a player.
I decided to call the only boss I played for during my playing career to get some advice, Sir Alex Ferguson!

Gary-: "Hey Alex, how are you since retiring?"
Alex-: "I'm good thank you, what you need bud?"
Gary-: "You know since I'm managing one of the biggest clubs in England, arsenal, I was wondering could you give me advice on how to keep good form up?
Alex-: "Well firstly when you get to fixture congestion like in England's December then you have to constantly change your team dependent on the team you face and who you will play after that game. In doing so your players will be near enough 100% ready for each game. Finally constantly tweak your tactic so the opposition can't tell how you're going to play against them."
Gary-: "Thank you Alex. You have taught me a lot with what to do with the lads."

Disappointing game, we had dominated the game against CSKA... Unfortunately Welbeck can't score which means I'm seriously contemplating to sell him as he gets many but however this draw meant that we had qualified for the knockout stages which I was happy with.

Good quality win over a team we should be beating if we want to finish in the top 4 - no disrespect to Hull. We played with confidence throughout the whole of the pitch and kept the ball away from Hull for long periods of the game which I enjoyed as it meant without the ball they couldn't score. Obviously.

WHAT A RESULT! I couldn't believe it. Result of the season? We played man city off the park. They couldn't us and we managed to keep hold of the ball extremely well and in the process we were extremely clinical when we had the opportunity which I was glad about. It was also a victory for me personally as they're a rival as well as Liverpool to me.

This game was not quite as good as last game.. but however we were brilliant in the game as we managed to secure top spot of the group so hopefully (fingers crossed) we won't get a Barcelona or Bayern Munich esk team. Overall the game was excellent as we were away from home in the champions league, which is always difficult when in Europe as well.

Rested players for the games ahead and still manage to romp to victory. Weirdly, we scored all our goals by the 26th minute which I thought we could have gone on to score more goals. None the less it was a great performance by our second team.

The biggest game of the season for the fans as spurs visited The Emirates. What a result for the fans! However we were abysmal as we ended up going to counter by the 30th minute as everything was just spurs. Luckily we managed to grab a victory which the fans deserve against our fierce rival!

The 'Arsenal hammer QPR' just says it all really. We only lacked the cutting edge in front of goal which was unfortunate but it happens to the best of teams but we still manage to win 2-0 against a very good QPR side - well on FM they're good.

Such a frustrating game. We had so many opportunities to win but we didn't take the chances and we were paid our price for not taking them. Our good run of form had to come to an end one day or another, just a shame it was against stoke. ****** stoke. Well a point is better than none I guess..

We were unlucky in this match as we had 2 goals disallowed... However we should have take our 7 clear cut chances and again Welbeck played this game and disappointed me... But I have to give credit to Reading for getting a game plan and sticking to it which worked out very well for them.
The following day, I had a tough day as I told Steve to get Xhaka, Mertesacker, Walcott and Welbeck to come to my office..
Gary-: "Hey guys, I've got a message for all 4 of you about your future at this club..."
Walcott-: "What is it boss?"
Gary-: "I'm sorry guys, I personally don't think you can make the grade here at Arsenal.. I will look to sell you as soon as possible."
Welbeck-: "Why boss? Why you telling us now?"
Gary-: "I wanted to give everyone at the club to prove themselves and I gave you half a season to impress me.. which you didn't except for Mertesacker. The only reason I'm selling you is because you're too old and I personally don't think you can keep up with the modern day striker.. I'm generally sorry, it was a tough call to make.."
Walcott-: "I do understand but hopefully I can work hard in training and when I get a chance in the first team to change your mind."
Xhaka-: "I think it's best as I wasn't getting enough first team football for my liking."
Gary-: "See ya lads, Good luck in the future!"
