And the Army story was shown less coverage than the olympics as I said, the BBC is a British channel and should be prioritising British news such as Tia Sharp, Tom Daly coming in 4th in a semi-final is not relevant to the nation the olympics isn't as important as a girl being murdered - regardless of what news channel it's shown on.

The olympics is only getting as much coverage because it's in london and britain are doing well.
 
2 word for Supernatural Season 1 (which i've finally got round to finishing): frickin awesome
 
Supernatural is one of my favourite shows! its nothing spectacular, some episodes are a write off, however, once hooked you will just find it great!

safe to scouring Ebay for Season 2. Its funny at first I saw it on TV through glancing up but didn't really pay much attention-just thought it was going to be absolutely pants, but when I watched the first episode properly-I was hooked. Thought it was really mean to leave season 1 on a cliffhanger though lol.

Very funny episode of south park yesterday.
 
Been watching the first season of Dr. Who with David Tennant, and have to say thoroughly enjoying it so far. So much better than Ecclestone and Matt Smith ones. Rate them as highly as the Tom Baker seasons (which are my absolute faves). I know I've been a bit behind in this, but thought they would be absolute pants and never gave them a chance. Very pleasently surprised

I am getting the whole season first, I watched the pilot a few weeks back to test it out and I must say, I thoroughly enjoyed it.. think its up to E4 or E5 at the moment! been saving it for my holiday watch list :) cannot wait

Is Arrow actually any good? The promo stills for it all just look too cheesy for me to even bother giving it a try.

Yep it's very good nothing like the green arrow in smallville well worth the watch.
 
And I'm sorry but after watching the epic battle between Daleks and Cybermen in Doomsday it has a lot to live up to. Because Doomsday was just such an epic episode. Absolutely brilliant and Tennant was just class in it. Beats Matt Smith any day to be honest
 
Doomsday was heartbreaking. I nearly cried at the finale and i'm not even ashamed. Mindblowing episode. Still plenty of brilliant writing at season 3 and 4 though. And Smith isn't bad , just very one-dimensional, mad scientist routine over and over again. Tennant could switch from Ghandi to Hitler to Indiana Jones all within one sentence.
 
Anyone been watching the Heston programme on channel 4 some of the stuff he creates is amazing and some proper retro food shown,

Just seen Blink and wasn't impressed. However just seen the one where the Master re-appears. This is going to be an epic 3 parter lol
