I decided to recreate the Germany tactic from the last World Cup. A simple 4-3-3 based on short crisp passes and changing of tempo based on how things are going during the match. I created this tactic for big teams and never tested with smaller teams because my goal was to recreate the German way of play and not all players can fit that. A league 2 or MLS player will not fit in this setup.
Shape
Creating the exact system is a challenge on a video game but here is my best shot. We need to keep shape at all times and defend from the top. Something Muller and Klose did so effectively .
On top of that when in possession we had to create triangles to make the short passing possible. Making sure every player on the ball has options to deliver good passing.
Key Positions
Centre Forward - Must have high workrate and team work. He will drop to the centre of the field and linking up play. He must be able to hold on to the ball and lay off simple good passes. Workrate is needed for his defensive work , he will be closing down across the opposition half.
Midfield - 3'oo - DMC will be needs to have good tackling and marking and passing to initiate attack from the back.
MCL needs to have everything to run back and forth like Khedira so a box to box player and MCR is your Kroos , the creative outlet of you team , he must be able to see plays and create plays by himself.
Personal training :
I used "tactic" very high and att movement at preseason then changed to "Def.Post" very high and kept att movement when it was fluid.

I made two tactics and the ONLY difference between them is tempo , one if fast and control and the other is slow and Attack. Start in Attack and by 20mins of the match if you are in control , justuse that for the whole match. Hoever , if you notice you are not creating chances or they are dominating within the first 20min , change to the second tactic -FastControl.
