Guys, please notice that this tactic works about 10 TIMES more efficient when your left striker is right footed and your right striker is left footed so it should be your first priority when you build the team for the tactic.

Also "Cuts Inside" PPM for the strikers gives awesome boost to performance.

VERY IMPORTANT: When you use "Instant Result" then your assistant manager always puts a left footed player as the left striker and a right footed striker as the right striker no matter what and you can do nothing about it... he doesn't respect your choice of starting eleven so in this case the tactic performs like a garbage!

Should you retrain certain players to play striker for this? For example Hazard?

And should say players who play best as AMC be retrained to play MC?

Guys, I've only just noticed that I upload the version without "Dribble Less" PI for the Central Defenders so later I'll update the tactic and add this PI to them but you can just add this PI by yourself.​

Without doubts if I had such player like Hazard I would retrained him play striker and also I would choose individual training focus "Finishing" for him till this attributes reaches "15" because by default he has "13" for Finishing and this a bit less than optimal...
 
Heh... also noticed that B2B midfielders have "Fewer Risky Passes" PI active but it should be removed... I'll updated the tactic in 30 min and remove this PI from them.

I like this tactic so far. Works good in the Championship. I'm Leeds btw, perfect for them because they only have central players, not a single winger in their team. A lot of strikers and CM's ;)

CHANGES:

- removed "Fewer Risky Passes" PI from B2B midfielders.

- added "Dribble Less" PI to Central Defenders.


IMPORTANT: Guys, I very recommend use V2 version because it should be uploaded as V1 and by mistake I uploaded the version without these tweaks.

Mate, as you can see this tactic needs 3 striker but usually by default clubs don't have so many strikers and even if they have strikers then all of them very slow with bad dribbling but you need fast strikers with good dribbling and technique for this tactic so you have to rebuild any team to suite this tactic or retrain your AMC/AML/AMR to play strikers.

Can you show me what starting eleven you used in these matches?

first of all even besta tctics need some matches to get conhesion...2cond make sure that ur strikers have good dribbling and aceleration to get advatage of theier bad defend.. and ur mid have good vision also and passing. ur wing backs good crossign and pace /acceleration

i combines Transequasta to my 3 striker tactic at Save LLLm and have big scores

Bro don't worry.Don't understand me as rude but i know how to play. I know maybe i dont have players that fit your tactic but i tried your other tactics. i'm sure there's problems about players. But this one is different.
I just want to say i know your effort and thank's again for sharing.

4 games with Staines in Vanarama Conf South. 3 wins, one draw (my mistake when forgot to use waste time tac). And there comes also my question. How do you set up the team when in need of waste time? I substitute one striker for DC but the positioning still seems to me quite weird. And when I need to set the tactic back I will need to substitute another player.

Ehhh… and that's why when you go for Waste Time version it's very important decision because there's no turning back after that... and your results strongly depend on quality of your decisions...

Let's say if you make a bad call and go for the Waste Time tactic too early when only have shaky advantage by 1 goal and you concede then it can cost you a win... also if you will be too greedy trying get bigger advantage then it also may cost you a win.
