Hmm TFF I cant help but think something went wrong in your testing this is a long way behind Reaper for me. Far more inconsistent.
Reaper
Reborn v 6
Monstrous v5
All out perfom this for me. In that order.
Mate, can you tell how do you test? What’s your method?
Just look... I'm Liverpool and play 5 away matches vs Chelsea using REAPER V1(I reload and replay).
MATCH 1
I dominated the game and had 26 shots vs 10 shot for Chelsea and I won the match 1 – 3 and If someone see this match he says that the tactic is awesome.

MATCH 2 (reload and replay)
This time Chelsea dominated the game and had 22 shots vs 13 shot and Chelsea won the match 5 – 0 and If someone see this match he says that the tactic is ****. (6)
MATCH 3 (reload and replay)
This time it was an equal game and both team had similar number of shots 26 vs 27 and match ended draw 3 - 3 if someone see this match he says that the tactic is ok.(H)
MATCH 4 (reload and replay)
This time I dominated the game and had 21 shots vs 17 shot and I won 0 – 3 and If someone see this match he says that the tactic is awesome.
MATCH 5 (reload and replay)
This time Chelsea dominated the game and had 22 shots vs 14 shot and Chelsea won the match 2 – 1 and If someone see this match he says that the tactic is ****. (6)
What just did happen here? We reduced the randomness as much as possible, we used the same players and the same teams and even that the tactic showed total randomness on 5 matches sample so probably to have more or less clear picture we need to play about 100 matches and gather all data from 100 matches and compare.
Now let’s say you test the tactic during normal game play when you play against different teams and you use different players so in this case randomness increases even more and in this case you need to play about 1000 - 1500 matches to have more or less clear picture.
Also sometime when you see that opposition has 10 Clear Cuts against you it also doesn't definitely mean that your tactic has very poor defense because all these Clear Cuts may came from corners and here’s an example how it may happened:
Let's say your opposition takes a corner and some player is unmarked and he shots(1 Clear Cut) but your GK parries this shot and bounces to opposition player and this player shots(2 Clear Cut) but your GK parries again and it bounces to opposition play again and he shots(3 Clear Cut) but he hits the post and it bounces again to opposition player and he shots again(4 Clear Cut) and so on...
As you can see only 1 unlucky corner can give 4 Clear Cut to your opposition but really can we blame tactic for this? If you didn't see how the Clear Cuts were created then you can’t bale the tactic with 100% certainty.
Also in this game referee can make mistake and award wrong penalty and it also count as Clear Cut but it also isn't fault of the tactic.

Guys, I've added filters and recomended PPMs to the OP.
Please notice, this tactic has its own filters/PPMs and they are different from EXECUTIONER tactic so I recomend to check them out.

TACTIC HAS BEEN UPDATED TO V2
DOWNLOAD THE TACTIC -->TFF GLORY V2
CHANGES:
- removed "Fewer Risky Passes" PI from B2B midfielders.
- added "Dribble Less" PI to Central Defenders.
IMPORTANT: Guys, I very recommend use V2 version because it should be uploaded as V1 and by mistake I uploaded the version without these tweaks.

Guys, please notice that this tactic works about 10 TIMES more efficient when your left striker is right footed and your right striker is left footed so it should be your first priority when you build the team for the tactic.
Also "Cuts Inside" PPM for the strikers gives awesome boost to performance.
VERY IMPORTANT: When you use "Instant Result" then your assistant manager always puts a left footed player as the left striker and a right footed striker as the right striker no matter what and you can do nothing about it... he doesn't respect your choice of starting eleven so in this case the tactic performs like a garbage!
