Sell Olivier Giroud to Real Madrid for 15M.

Sell Mertesacker to Chelsea or Barcelona for 20M.

Sell Natxo Monreal for 13M.

Choose "Winner" as the target for the season... it will give 102M transfer budget and profit from transfers will further boost the budget to about 150M.

Buy Faouzi Ghoulam from Napoli and Giorgio Chiellini from Juventus... it will make you invincible ;) because both of them are excellent players and they also posses "Long Flat Throw" PPM. This gives you the combo of DL + CD with "Long Flat Throw" PPM. Don't forget to tweak the attacking corner setup because one of your throw-ins takers will be Central Defender(Giorgio Chiellini).

Buy Dier Mertens from Napoli(train him to play striker position).

Buy Bernard for Shakhtar.

Rotate Sanchez, Welbeck, Dier Mertens, Bernard on striker position.

Rotate Bernard, Oxlade-Chamberlain, Dier Mertens, Bernard on ML position.

Rotate Ozil, Cazorla on AMC position.

Rotate Wilshere, Ramsey, Rosicky on B2B position.

Rotate Flamini, Arteta, Conquelin on CM(D) position.

Use Giorgio Chiellino(the left central defender) and Koscielny(the right central defender) as main central defenders.

Also you should have enough money left to strengthen other position if you want but already with such team you will win the domestic league with 100% probability and 90% probability to win Champions League. ;) of course if nothing extremely happens like long term injuries for half of the team ;)

Anyone else having the same problem as me....only conceding 4-5 shots per game, but 2-3 CCC's per game which the AI seems much better at converting than me despite having weaker strikers.

Happening quite a lot with V7.

Another example of what I'm talking about. Complete domination, yet still giving up 3 CCC's to a very weak team despite them having only 37% possession and very few attacks.
 
CCC means nothing in FM, some things that should count doesn't count and some things that have nothing to do with CCC does count.
 
Just finished 1st season on FM15 and used this tactic for it. Chose to play as my favourite team, Liverpool. Finished the season in 2nd place, 2 points behind first. I reached the Semi Final of the Captiol One Cup, lost in the final of the FA Cup and also lost in the Final of the Champions League. I believe these losses were mainly due to the 7 injuries I had to first team players in the the final 2 months of the season. If I had a full strength squad, no injuries, I reckon I could have won all trophies. Overall the tactic was great. Conceded quite a lot of goals, but scored tons too. Hopefully I can do better next season. Will probably focus on improving the defence to concede less goals.

TFF I saw you recommended Dries mertens and Bernard for arsenal as strikers is there anyone else ?? Being Everton the best strikers via the filters are out of my reach
 
A Review of this tactic with a low strength team.

I wanted to start a new game with a low power team, so I decided at using this tactic (started from the executioner tactic, and then continued to the Glory tactic)

People have been posting "their amazing results" with teams that have Ronaldo, Messi, Neymar, etc etc, which for me, is ridiculous, considering all those great players in their disposal. You can see if a tactic actually works, when you test it in real competitive conditions, when your team is poor.

So, I picked a mid-level team from the second division of Greece, Larisa. I also turned off first transfer window budgets, to go on and play with the real rosters without any changes.

So, in real life, this year Larisa ended 3rd out of 13 teams, and then 4th out of 6 playoff teams. Their roster is not of course one of the best in the league, however they managed to get in the promotion playoffs because other teams like Zakynthos and Lamia collapsed in the last fixtures.

I couldn't get some screenshots ready for you at the moment of writing, though I'll upload some later.

SO, LETS GET STARTED

Season 2014/2015
B Division North
1st P:26 W:19 D:5 L:0
Undefeated and won with ease the bigger teams than me in the league. Draws were done near the end of the season, when it was 100% that I would end 1st.

B Division Promotion Playoffs
against: AEK, Iraklis, Kallithea, Apollon, Kalamaria
2nd P:10 W:6 D:3 L:1
Made my first loss against Kallithea, though I think it was due to fitness issues after a tiring season. However, it would be good to note that in the games against AEK, who are the most buffed up team of the league (1st division level), I won at home and drew away :)

Greek Cup
1st Round: won easily against Acharnaikos
2nd Round Group: was in group against 3!!! Division 1 teams, Panathinaikos, Panaitolikos and Niki Volou!
Panathinaikos are 1 of the main 3 contenders of the 1st Division (Olympiakos, PAOK, Panathinaikos) (and actually won the league). Here are the results:
vs Panathinaikos: Lost Home 0-2
vs Niki Volou: Won Away 3-0
vs Panaitolikos: Won Away 4-3!!
AMAZING results, and I got through to the 3rd round, against PAOK! the other contender
3rd Round:
Larisa 2-1 PAOK WON against one of the 1st division contender!
PAOK 2-0 Larisa but the job away from home was tough.

OVERALL 2014/2015:
It was a great season, overcame our targets easily, with good management, following all the tactic instructions, and even achieved some good results against powerful teams!

Season 2015/2016:
The transfer budget given to us was... 0€!! the annual wage budget was 5.5M per annum, of which 3 was used. Also, many players don't even want to talk to us when approached to sign, as we are very low reputated team.
So, I signed 7 free players, with one, Ivo Ilicevic from HSV being the finest!

League:
3rd P:30 W:17 D:6 L:7 Pts:57
Only Panathinaikos (1st, 72pts) and Olympiakos (2nd, 62pts) ahead of me! Drew twice with Olympiakos, lost twice against Panathinaikos. Positions 2-5 lead to European Places Playoffs!

Playoffs:
Against Olympiakos, PAOK, AEK!!
Position:.

1st!!! P:6 W:4 D:1 L:1
Won AEK twice, Drew and Won against PAOK, Lost and Won against Olympiakos!! So I am through to the UCL Qualifying Round!!!

Cup:
Result: WINNER
In 2nd round group against Olympiakos I ended up 1st again, and then knocked-off PAOK in Quarter Finals, scoring 0-4 Away :D

OVERALL 2015/2016:
A 2nd division team, with financial issues and almost the same players from 2nd division, goes on and takes 2nd place plus wins the Greek Cup.

I havent played the UCL Qualifiers yet but,

This tactic is absolutely worth it! Follow ALL the instructions closely, manage your team the best you can, and the results will come! It's the best tactic I've tried in a while, and it works with small teams as well!

Mate, if you are in your save one or two seasons further from the begging of the game then attributes of players can change drastically and you can't never predict these changes because it's random. This means that the players who suite the filters at the begging of the game not necessarily suite the filters after season or more and vice versa the players who don't suite the filters at the begging of the game can start to suite after a season or more because everything can happen like severe injures which can greatly affect attributes of players or just a bad season for player which can lead to attributed decrease and many other factors... so when you are a season or more further in your save from the begging of the game it becomes impossible to recommend players becasue nobody knows what is going on into your save.

The situation when you can't find players by the filters is absolutely excluded and if you can't find with default settings then you need slowly "easy" match condition by 1 condition and repeat this process till you find someone.

Of course you must have scouting knowledge for major football nations but it's very easy to achieve that you can set your scouts to explore these nations or just buy scouts with such knowledge. For example, if you need scouting knowledge for Italy you can just buy scout who has Italy for nationality and it gives him 100% knowledge for Italy and his knowledge for Italy won't decrease over time and it will be 100% all the time.

It's essential to have 100% scouting knowledge for these nations: Spain, Portugal, England, France, Germany, Italy, Holland, Brazil, Russia, Ukraine, Greece, Turkey.
