Good Central Midfielder for £3-4 million?

Just got sacked for not winning in 6 games and dropping to the relegation.
This was not because we played rubbish, because no-one would take their chances.
So does anyone know anybody that can grab himself at least 20 goals a season playing as a striker

scored 24 first season for me.
i was blues, second season hes a demon.
 
Depending how much you got there is , dario conca cm that scored me 16 goals and 23 assists in his first season im QPR , and the other which is a striker is diego tardelli got me 38 goals and 16 assists. around 10mil and there's gabby from villa if he'll join :)

OK thanks for the help.
I know it's been a while from when I replied, but I recently started a new game with Shrewsbury Town and I need a quality striker. I am of course on FM11 in case people come back with people who are cheap on FM10.

At the moment I have bought in:
Thomas Ince (Liverpool-Loan)
Juanma Delgado (Free)
Marcus Holness (Rochdale 6k)
Andras Simon (Free)
Christian Montano (West ham-Loan)
And I have a budget of £119,000.
