GUNG HO
Gung Ho is a 4-2-1-3 formation, with attacking wingbacks and three central forwards. YOU WILL SCORE AN EXTREME AMOUNT OF GOALS
and it won't matter that you concede a few too
I tested it with Arsenal and it was so succesful that I started a save with Nottingham Forest. I won the Championship in the first season and finished 5th in the Premier League the next season(H)

General: Team Cohesion High (all season)
Scheduling: second one from the left and rest day after match
Match: Match Tactics
Individual
Goalkeeper, BPD, CWB, BWM, BBM, APM, F9/TM/CF (whatever fits him)
Opposition Instructions and team talks
Assistant manager (one who is strong in the tactical department)
Set pieces
AM (or F9L or F9R) have to take the corner kicks
Players
DC (both) should have some pace
WBA (both) should be strong defensively, but also have to provide crosses.
BWM and BBM should both be strong defensively
AM should be a good playmaker
Poacher should be big and strong, like a targetman and have high finishing and heading
F9 (both) should be fast strikers
Apostolos Vellios is a big and strong targetman, who scored 51 goals in The Championship!:O:wub:
