GUNG HO 4-2-1-3

This tactic is INCREDIBLY good.

The wing backs get plenty of assists.
The center backs score a few.
The B2B midfielder plays well.
The strikers all get a fair share of goals and assists.

I hope someone makes a tweak with 2 strikers though!
 
TWEAKS

I changed the AMC to the role of Advanced Playmaker on Support.

I changed the training too...

Balanced Average

Match Tactics till it's fluid and then Attacking Movement.
 
Finished a season with this tactic UNDEFEATED in the league (30/34 wins) - but it was with FC Porto.
 
4213 Offensive

Hi 9Batistuta,
Currently I have a very similar formation as your tactic, but it's in offensive version (Attacking/Very Fluid). I already test with big team and it can score over 120 goals per season.
By the way, I have some different roles which make strikers score as crazy.
My AM role is Trequatistar together with two CF(S) can run at defend and take long shots. Upper top is AF.
Two wing backs I put higher to support wing attack.

I really like this tactic with the AM converted (as mentioned above) to Advanced Playmaker on support.
