Southampton welcome 3 recruits
In what is turning out to be a busy day for Southampton FC, Chairman Akinfenwa announced the purchase of 3 class players:
First up, Itumeleng Khune. This 26 year old shot-stopper from South Africa previously played for Kaizer Chiefs before being snapped up by Akinfenwa for just 450k. Khune was ecstatic at joining such a big club and looks to help Southampton rack up the clean sheets.

Next, Memphis Depay. This Dutch wonderkid is only 20 years of age and looks to have a bright future ahead. He previously played for PSV Eindhoven and will surely help alleviate Southampton's winger crisis.
He arrived for 2.9 million and the Saints faithful seem to be enthralled with his arrival.

Finally, we have Doria. A 19 year old Brazilian centre-back standing at a towering 188 cm. He is the most expensive transfer for the club during this window, and it took 4.35 million and Jose Fonte to convince Botafogo to part with his quality and upside. Throughout the season, Southampton will be looking to him and Dejan Lovren to provide defensive stability and protect Khune's goal.

Chairman Akinfenwa is very pleased with his new recruits: "I believe these quality players will go a long way in helping the club achieve its aims".
When asked is there will be any more transfers, Akinfenwa replied "We are still looking at a couple of players but nothing is solid at this time."

Manchester United announce Superstar Signing

Manchester United have announced the signing of superstar and Manchester United familiar face Cristiano Ronaldo.

David Beckham had some tough negotiating to do with 4 players on the way out to Madrid. The deal came with Vidic, Ashley Young, Buttner and Hernandez all joining Real Madrid. Manchester United also paid 18M on top of that to secure the signing.

The number 7 kit is special to this club and not everyone can perform under the pressure of the kit. Greats like Cantona, George Best, Bryan Robson and myself have worn it. Cristiano Ronaldo is one of the most talented players Manchester United have had and he wore the Number 7 just like the rest of us. I came back here to Manchester to make sure we stay on top and I am trying to do so by signing the best possible.

EVERTON SIGN TWO YOUNGSTERS


In the early hours of this morning it has been confirmed that Everton have secured Yassine Benzia for a 900k and CSKA Moscow 19 year old left winger Vitinho for 2.8 Million.

From a recent press conference about the transfers Mr. Adams had to say this:

'I'm absolutely delighted to welcome these two budding teenagers to Everton. They're perfect for our club and will help with my young, hungry attacking players philosophy. I can't wait to see these 2 in action.'

When asked if there would be any more signings, Mr. Adams replied by saying 'This is only the beginning'

Everton fans must be loving the new chairman's taste in transfers and willingness to spend money.

LUKAKU GONE AS BA ENTERS

Moments ago in the Everton camp there's been some action with Chelsea as Lukaku has been recalled from his loan spell, but in some last minute talks Everton have secured Demba Ba on a loan to buy offer, Everton will pay all his wages and if it works out, he could be bought for 6 Million at the end of the season. Sky Sports tried to grab a word with Mr. Adams but he was unavailable at the time.

This player was brought in for just 350k and is seen as more of a back up/future player!

Adam Moore had this to say on his mad transfer spree!

Adam Moore: "I know we have brought in a lot of transfers... 9 to be precise... but these are all players I think can bring success to the club. Now Brendan does have his own funds available as well so there may well be more players coming in and out of Anfield.!

Safe to say the future at Anfield looks interesting and the prospects look good under the new owner!
