If you are retraining him to CM then definitely use him as an attacking midfielder. He wouldn't work as a Box to Box midfielder at all.
 
He is very good!. Hoffenhiem went down in my game and I picked him up for my Swansea team for 2,100,000. Only bought him because he was so cheep and didn't really have a place for him in my central midfield so trained him to play right wing due to his good crossing and put him there and he had been outstanding. Scores loads of free kicks as his free kick rating is 18 and he has a very strong left and right foot so can ping them in from anywhere. Coincidentally enough Swansea actually signed him in real life yesterday. I think Brendan Rogers has been spying on me :)
 
I can't gush about how good he is. He is the first name on the teamsheet in my Barcelona save and just scored his second hattrick for me against Benfica in the Champions League. I'd get him to take your penalties aswell.
 
For myself, I can't see myself ever buying him due to his poor workrate, teamwork, and poor acceleration/pace.
 
His pace doesn't affect his game play. He links the play rather than run with the ball. Plus if he is a little bit behind he can score a sreamer. His workrate is top notch and his teamwork is amazing.
 
Bought this guy as a cheap replacement to Real for Kaka and Ozil. He reached average note 7.40 compared to Ozil's 7.04 , and just as much goals and assists despite playing half as games. Ended up benching both of them and Sigurdsson is in my starting XI now.

Cheap as nails , produces and scores lot of goals, very consistent player never has a bad game, rarely gets injured.


My favourite midifielder in the game so far.
 
Wolves got him in my game for £5m, after one season in PL had 18 goals, and 18 assists, 'Pool got him next season for £25m
 
Got him for 8m for my Man United side in the 1st season. Gave him his debut in league cup against Leeds and he scored 4 all from at least 30 yards out! he is a monster!!
 
His ability on the game fully reflects his ability irl, im a Reading fan as well and hes one of the most talented players ive seen play. Got him for my Spurs team and hes 2nd top scorer behind Cardozo, set piece specialist to say the least
 
Saying he is set piece specialist would be understatement. He is THE best piece specialist in the game. This is due to the fact that
he is equally capable with left and right leg. Great at free kicks, great at corners , very good at penalties, as well very high consistency factor.
 
Sorry for bumping up an old thread. I just wanted to say that he is the only player in game that reminds the play style of Totti. Excellent long shots, passing and one of the best free kick specialists. He also like Totti plays with both legs. He is not playing very well for me tough.
 
What role and duty would he have if you was to play him as an AML? Wondering if he would be effective there at all.

the only thing that stoped me from signing this guy is his workrate which is really low so i ended up buying hazard instead

I'm looking to play him there as AML Adv. playmaker support. Eriksen is playing very well in that position & role.
Cut inside & move into channels + through balls ppm = assist heaven!
 
Is there anyway to improve this guys stamina? He seems to be more tired than anyone else during a game, and always needs more rests as he never recovers in time!
