Going to take a better look at your Chelsea story, the part that I have seen already looked really good! I was writing on an update, but my computer restarted since it had updates, so a bit irritating. But will come out later tonight! So stay tuned :)

Is he developing good for you? :)

I'm in January, 1st season....

Going to let him be in reserve squad for this season to get some games, but i haven't see much. Maybe next season i will put him as a backup for Bale (sorry Evra, foreign and old :))

I am only going to use him in Capital Cup games... No where near 1st team yet. Not going to loan him out either as he won't play much. Best way is tutoring and playing time. Bale is awesome role model.

2.2 | Thoughts about squads and tactics

Taking a look at the first team, I see one of the most complete and the most competetive squads in the world at the moment. The goalkeeper side contains Iker Casillas, whom in my opinion, is the best goalkeeper in the world. Behind him we have the faithful Antonio Adán, whom will be getting the chance to play in Copa del Rey, "less" important Champions League games and if our untouchable number one, gets injured. Fingers crossed that he wont get injured though! Starting from the right side in the backline we see one of the weakest positions in the squad. We have the spanish international Alvaro Arbeloa, whom will be the starting rightback for the season. Behind him we only find Nacho Fernandez, the newly promoted youngster. A player that doesn't have much routine and haven't been tested fully yet. Sergio Ramos is for me the new "Hierro" and should and will be playing as a central defender. On the left side in the backline, we might have what I believe is two of the best leftbacks in the world. Marcelo and Fabio Coentrao are at the same age nearing their peak and will be giving eachother a fight for the starting position as leftback. In center of defence I am very proud and content with what I see. Sergio Ramos and Pepe is building a very reliable pair, with the future Real Madrid legend Raphael Varane in the ranks. Raul Albiol is being forgotten, but in him we have a spanish international whom when getting the opportunity performs whats requested from him.

In midfield its very mixed with routine and young blood. We have Xabi Alonso who provides the routine and is one of the most important players for the team. Its from Xabi Alonso the team will be building up their play, so its alot depending on Xabi Alonso performing his best. Beside Alonso either one of Khedira, Essien or Modric will be starting. Depending on how the match will take shape I will choose the players from what I think fits the best. In offensive midfield we can either pick Özil, Modric or Kaká which says a lot about the depth of the squad. Rightback is one of the weakest links in the team, aswell as the wide positions. Where we at the moment have Özil, Di Maria and Callejon playing. So I will surely be looking to bring in reinforcement for that position in the coming transferwindows. Another player that isn't listed as midfielder but will be playing in an wide position is Cristiano Ronaldo, who is without doubt the best player in the team and will be the one we are hoping to deliever when it comes to the tougher and more hard fought matches. What is there to say about the attack? DEADLY! Benzema, Higuain, Ronaldo and Morata provides different playing types but at the same time they all promises goals, and LOADS of it. Not a worry for this season and maybe seasons to come.

Taking a look at the squads of Castilla, Real Madrid C and U19 you see everything from not wanted players, good players but nothing more and future stars. In the U19-squad we have some talented players in José Rodriguez, Cristian Benavente, Enzo Zidane and the loanees whom I'm hoping will develope into future stars with the right tutoring. The three loanees will hopefully develope and convince me to bring them in fulltime to Real Madrid Castilla or C in the future. The Real Madrid C squad doesn't really look impressive. The only player that stands out from the rest is Raul de Tomas, and him getting playing time in the C-team will help his development. Might considering sending down U19 players to the C-team so that they will be able to keep their place in the spanish third division. Real Madrid Castilla on the other hand has players with huge potential and already good players that will contribute to the squad now but will not become first team material. I have high hope for players like Jesé, Alex, Derik, Fabinho, Adryan and Denis Cheryshev.

Outside the squad:

Comment: Great depth on the goalkeeper side, where I this time opted to use Diego López as an backup goalkeeper instead of Victor Valdés. Simply because Valdés wasn't in the best matchform, since fairly little playing time in the pre-season. He will however surely be back in the squad for the coming qualifying matches.

Outside the squad:
Jesús Gamez, Álvaro Dominguez, Andoni Iraola, Roberto Canella, José Ángel, Mikel San Jose.
Injured: Carles Puyol, Jordi Alba.
Comment: A defensive set-up mixed with routine and newcomers. Three players able to make their debut in La Roja. Carles Puyol decided to retire from football prior to the match against Iran, however I talked to him and managed to make him change his decision. I took him out for the national team alongside his teammate Jordi Alba, however both of them picked up minor injuries just before the match and therefore Victor Ruiz and José Enrique had to be called up.

Outside the squad:
Sergio Busquets, Pedro, Borja Valero, José Antonio Reyes, Mikel Arteta, Bruno, Juanfran.
Injured: Xavi(Longterm), David Silva.
Comment: A strong midfield with a lot of quality when it comes to passing and technique. Taking a look outside the current squad you can see a lot of quality players that will be in the running for the places in the coming squads. Beñat and Javi Garcia is two "new" players that are getting the opportunity to show what they can do. Beñat is in the squad on behalf of longterm injured Xavi and Javi Garcia instead of Sergio Busquets. Andres Iniesta will be one of the most important players and need to be in form if we are to succeed.

Attackers:

Outside the squad:

Comment: One of Spains most proliffic goalscorers in David Villa, with Fernando Llorente and Roberto Soldado as backup. Shows a really strong attack. Taking a look at the players outside the squad you can see Fernando Torres, Alvaro Negredo and Adrian which all is great footballers and will get the opportunity as long as they perform.

2.5 | Comments after the match

An easy 3-0 victory in which we dominated from start to finish. Could have been even more goals for us, but the ball didn't want to go in the back of the net in the first half. Late in the second the goals came and three quick goals fired us to victory. Javi Garcia and Cesar Azpilicueta made their debuts for La Roja and was very happy after the match ended. A good start for the national team, and now we are looking ahead for the upcoming World Cup qualifiers!
