Have any superstitions or OCD while playing FM?

I tend to never sign players that don't have a picture, I'm always searching new face-packs to give me more room.
But I can live with regen faces...

I do remember a game with Everton that I was ****** to have to play faceless Rodwell

i only sign players who I think would realistically end up at the club I'm managing
never ever buy regens
