I started a game with Hoffenheim 'cause of all the money they had in real life.

You don't get as much money (£5m-ish) but I have managed to sign some great players (selling Obasi funded a lot of it):

Keirrison
Alex (who is great as a free role up front if you've got him)
Taner Taktak (from Fortuna Sittard, get him £7k)
David Prieto (on loan with an option for £1.5m)

But that's the problem! Prieto won't sign.
I really want him 'cause he fits into my team perfectly...anyway I can persuade him? I've already tried talking him up loads.

If not, who would you recommend?

I'm probably going to finish a respectable mid-table and need to build my team more in the summer. The positions I need to stengthen for cheap are probably:

Most importantly DC and DM. Then maybe ML, MC, FC.

Olexandr Chyzhov is a very good solution to your problem at centre-back, he's relatively cheap, at least he is at the start of the game, and he has good stats, with a fair amount of improvement still to be made.

As for a defensive midfielder, Franco Zuculini, providing nobody has snapped him up, is a very good buy. At the beginning of the game, he costs around £200k, with the potential to become a world class player.

A centre-forward, who I'm sure you will have heard of, is the Barcelona prodigy, Bojan. At the end of the first season, on many games, you will find him released by Barcelona, and if you can afford around £16k-per-week wages, then he's yours!

yes ı am playing hoffenheim now.ı think hoffenheim players are very high reputation first year.some players went to another big team in first year.example nillsson went to juve,carlos eduardo went to fc bayern.Demba ba and ibisevic very quality performance for first year.now dembaba is most scorer in bundesliga 13 goal in my game.:d

Taner Taktak looks pretty average, decent backup. What about...

Néstor Duarte (£35k Peruvian DC, coming in the summer)

Not bad, maybe just need to strengthen midfield and up front a little more and hope best players don't go to bigger clubs.

Porgrebnyak is about £3mill as a CF, Lukman Haruna as a D/MC & Radoi as a CB.

I started yesterday with Hoffenheim...sold both goalkeepers and got Ustari from Getafe for 5 mil and Dani Coman for free. I also signed appiah for free, Javi Garcia and Torres from real madrid.
The problem is my defence.
I need one or two stong central defenders.
Can you sugest one?

At the end of the tour my team isn't playng very well. Actualy I am 15th in the league. Ibisevic and Ba are injured for 4 month. My options in attack aren't very good.

yeh sure , i signed riquelme for 13m , zuculini for 2.8m , araujo for 2m , radoi for 1.7m , and santon for 1.1m + clauses. i started with a 5.5m budget and made board adjustments adding 7.5m, sold about 4 fringe players for min 1m to max 4m , then every month i get this message from the chairman saying he has enjected more money to be avaliable . iv had from 1m to 13m . he must trust me alot lol

I've started again with hoffe .....I've got very good attacking options: Cardoso, Pabrobnyak, Ba, Obiasi, Ibiseivic, Lewandowski, Alibec. The rest of the squad is decet but....With so many strikers I don't know what sistem to play.

another cm is franco zuccilini something like that argentina u20 or u18

to mancingo u do not need cb
trust me i got 2 4th in my 1st season and both their ratings(commper, nilsson) were 7 or over with the exception of maybe one or 2 games

I've loaned out Nilson at Alemania Achen. I have Goian and Commper as central defenders. Unfortunately my team is not perfotming as well as I thought it would, but it's still early in the first season.
