Guys, there is an even easier way. No need for all that fuss - it's just confusing.

Here's how to do it:

1. You need this software. here.
2. Then, create a folder within the graphics/face pack folder, and call it, for example, Dundee FC Face Packs.
3. Then, gather all the players images you want - put them in this folder together.
4. Now, go to FM preferences, and click on Display & Sound, then tick the "show players unique ID" tab.
5. Now, if you click on any player on the game, it will show a unique ID number below their name at the top of the screen. Use this ID number to rename all your images of the players that you have found, and are in your graphics/face pack/Dundee FC Face Packs folder.
6. So, we now have all the players renamed as their unique ID number.
7. Now, open up the program I asked you to download.

It will look like this:

You will type in the route of the Dundee FC Face Pack Folder with all the players in it.

8. Make sure, "All filenames are ID's" is ticked, then click on "GO".
9. This creates a config folder for FM to understand.
10. Go to FM, click on preferences, untick skinn cache and click the one below.
11. Hey presto, that it's done.

Any problems, let me know.

I posted a link to FM XML a few posts above yours. It's a newer version than the one you linked to.

There will be some changes obviously but I don't know what they are. Nothing major I assume but it's always worth using an updated version of software.

so..can i assume the step using fmxml for newer version is the same as he mentioned rite??

Yes it should be the same.

The one I referred to is very easy to use and does the job. There's no need for the updated version - it'll probably be more confusing anyway.

Hello people,

First off, thanks for the help and explanation. But i have still one (simple maybe) qouestion for you guys.

What program do you use to set the pictures on .png (i used paint)? The problem with paint is that i haven't discovererd the option yet to set the size to 140 by 180 for every picture.

Can someone give me tips on this?

Can any 1 help! Can i install picture of myself onto a saved game? if so how?

I found the like on on site, it's all good now!!

RobertoBaggio82, All you need to do is open the file in paint etc, and just Select all (CTRL+A)and resize the picture, taking notice of the size on the bottom taskbar. Quite simple. BTW, this i sa very useful page, helped me a lot!

Anyone know where to get the button/bar for player names/nation?^^)

What I'd like to know is how to use an already downloaded template to make my own facepacks in that style? I've downloaded the DN-Style Facepack Template, and want to make some of my own to extend the DN-Style database, but I need help on how to do this :)
