I am running an experiment. I am trying to figure out which mental attributes, including hidden ones, will affect a kid developing. But I kinda got lost in what is "success" regarding one player.
The experiment includes 20 identical 14 year old kids, injected into the database with 100 current ability and 200 potential ability. They are DMC/MC natural. And they have 10 in all attributes, 1 in injury proneness and 6 attributes different between one and another:
The different attributes are:
-Ambition
-Consistency
-Determination
-Important Matches
-Proffesionalism
-Work Rate
Each kid has 3 of the attributes above maxed (20) . They start as free agents and they game is run on holiday.
The big question is how to measure "success"?
is it who has the highest current ability?
is it who has the highest current reputation?
other?
Thanks for any feedback.
