How to develop certain regens.

Training up regens is something I've never been good at... I got the Genie Scout and this guy has a PA of 199 so I really dont wanna mess this guy up so was looking for a bit of help from you guys

Any advice would be great?

TUTORING! Get someone with a similar personality (eg. both fairly professional) and TUTOR HIM!! This helps immensely.

You need to tutor him with a player having similar personality. Give him a good (average to heavy) training program after he's 18. This guy is really looking good and if he can work on his strength, he can be world class.

Got Papiss Cisse tutoring him now, hopefully he becomes as good as he can! Thanks man! Any other tips?
