How to develop certain regens.

Training up regens is something I've never been good at... I got the Genie Scout and this guy has a PA of 199 so I really dont wanna mess this guy up so was looking for a bit of help from you guys :)

Any advice would be great?

TUTORING! Get someone with a similar personality (eg. both fairly professional) and TUTOR HIM!! This helps immensely.
 
You need to tutor him with a player having similar personality. Give him a good (average to heavy) training program after he's 18. This guy is really looking good and if he can work on his strength, he can be world class.
