Which African team will do the best

How have Algeria got 3 votes? More than Ghana!
 
I think Ghana will do quite well, along with Ivory Coast.
 
Gonna say Ghana since Ivory Coast have a very hard group in comparison.
 
I said cameroon, very experienced all round team, and other than his rangers disaster, is a very good manager, cant believe ivory coast has that many votes, they will not pass the group stages

Yeah, Belhadj is good but can't defend and has a really short temper and makes bad decisions a lot, think he gave away 4 penalties for Pompey last season, but keep him away from your own penalty area and he's got a quality cross.

Yebda is good, works hard but final pass isn't great all the time. Both good players though. :)

but they play with your heart team so you should give them some love and vote for algeria loooooooooool

Yebda has gone and Belhadj is likely to leave though. :'(

Anyway, I think they might qualify from our group, I think it will be England and Algeria/USA qualifying probably, but I don't think Algeria will get that far realistically
 
They will all have alot of support and at least one of then should reach the semis but they have a history of poor defenders and bad goalkeepers in africa.
 
Home nations always do well so on that basis I see South Africa reaching the Quarter Finals
 
don't think we should rule out south africa either, there fans will be right up for it and you never know...
 
actually want to change my vote, i'm edging toward Nigeria now as dark horses. lots of pace in the side, and still a bit of the old Kanu magic.
 
I think it's gonna be Ivory Coast. Great players, and good team I think.

Cameroon and Nigeria have good players too, but they are netter.
Also thought about Ghana doing well, but Essien is a great loss for them.
 
I think Ivory Coast will do best of all the African teams but I think France will benefit due to the large number of French/African players in their team.
