PSG had him coming in on a free in my 1st season and I fell & I snapped him up - never know......

It didn't unforunatley, I'm in my second season at Spurs approaching January - is it worth snapping him up on a free? I sold Lloris for 30m, Sandro for 45m and some other dead wood, replaced them all and still have 25m left so could definantly rise to about 15 on him if he's worth it.
