Game no. 17 in La Liga.
We beat Villarreal 1-0. It was a good game, and we performed really well. Marc Albrighton scored an important goal for us to win the game. Villarreal had their chances but it was our day. There is nothing more to say and we move on to the next game

Copa del Rey Round 1, 2nd Leg.

We beat Osasuna 2-1. Juan Villar had a stunning game where he scored 2 amazing goals to help us win. Osasuna completely dominated the game, they created a lot of chances, they also got a consolation goal through Alex Berenguer but in the end could not get the win. David Hinojosa made his debut fot the club. And Darko Brasanac got a facial injury which will keep him out for a couple of days. We move on to the next game.

Game no. 18 in La Liga.
We lost to Celta de Vigo 2-0. In this game there was no creativity, no desire to win from the players. We conceded off a freekick by Iago Aspas. And then Carles Planas scored to give them a 2 goal lead. It was a very comfortable game for them. And now we need better performances ahead.

Nahuel Leiva got injured and he will be out for a couple of days. Hopefully he recovers well.

Copa del Rey 5th Round 1st Leg.
We drew 0-0 against Sevilla. There were chances for both sides, but it ended as a scoreless draw because we couldn't convert the chances. Anyway, we have to go into the next leg and do our best to win that one.

Andrea Masiello has got a major injury and he will be out for five to six weeks. He needs to recover on time and we need him. It is a blow.

The January transfer window is now open and we have made our first signing. It is Nicolas Lodeiro from Seattle in the MLS. Hopefully he turns out to be a good signing and does well for the club.

Game no. 19 in La Liga
We played against Rayo Vallecano and beat them 4-0. There were two goals from Juan Villar and another two from Marc Albrighton. The attack was sensational. The defense was brilliant. It was a fantastic game all round that we thoroughly deserved to win and hopefully we can take the confidence from this game into the next few games at the very least.

Alvaro Valles, a young player from our side is going out on loan. Hopefully he has a good loan spell.

Copa del Rey 5th Round, 2nd Leg
We lost 3-0 to Sevilla. It was a terrible loss. We conceded a penalty first off which Franco Vazquez scored, then Marjan Shved and Steven N'Zonzi scored the other two goals to finish off the game. We were on the back foot from the first minute and were toothless in attack. We have to improve in the next few games and slowly get back to being better.

Jose Carlos goes on loan to Reus and Dani Sales has got injured. Hopefully Dani Sales recovers well and Jose Carlos has a good loan spell.

We have made our second signing in the January transfer window. It is Vincenzo Grifo on loan from Bayer Leverkusen. Hopefully he performs well and turns out to be a good signing.

Game no. 20 in La Liga.
We lost 4-2 to Malaga. This was quite an entertaining game. Dani Ceballos scored the first goal to give the lead and then Sandro equalized. And then we completely capitulated at the end where Sandro, Charles and Bernard Mensah scored goals to win Malaga the game. Roman Zozulya scored a last minute consolation penalty for us. Juan Villar got injured and will be out for 3-4 months. And Danilo D'Ambrosio will be out for a couple of days.
