Tariq Uwakwe, another Chelsea youngster has signed a new contract with the club. Hopefully he can develop into a good player.

Game no. 12 in the Premier League
Chelsea beat Burnley 2-1. A fairly comfortable win due to goals by Eden Hazard and Victor Moses. It was a bit scary when Ashley Barnes scored in the 84th minute but we held on for the victory. Meanwhile, Kurt Zouma has got a concussion and will be out for 4-5 days.

Game no. 13 in the Premier League
We drew 1-1 against Leicester. This was a tough game and Leicester completely dominated it. However a David Luiz goal was enough to at least get a point. Oh and Thiago Motta got sent off, which made things harder for us as we played the majority of the game with 10 men. Mohamed Elneny scored for Leicester. On to the next game.

Chelsea have been knocked out of the quarter finals of the EFL Cup by Spurs. It was a 4-0 loss against them. An absolutely shocking and laughable result. A pathetic performance by all of our 11 players. Harry Kane FC were sensational on the day. And I am absolutely gutted. We have to pick ourselves up and move forward and get better.

Nemanja Matic and two of Chelsea's youngsters, Charlie Brown and Mitchell Beeney have got injuries. And they will be out for some time.

Game no. 14 in the Premier League
Chelsea beat Hull City 2-0. It was a difficult game and a hard fought win. Diego Costa got out of his goal drought and scored for us and also Cesc Fabregas scored for us for the first time this season. On to the next one. Hopefully we can string a run of good performances.

Chelsea will play against Crystal Palace in the third round of the FA Cup this season. Let us see if we can go on a good FA Cup run.

Okay then we have an issue. Some players feel like we are underachieving. And we have to do something about it.

Yes, we are going to make tactical changes in order to turn this around. I told some of the players that they need to look at their own performances too. However the plan to change tactics seems like a viable one which hopefully will help in sorting things out.

We are 7th in the league currently and have been using a 4-4-2 formation. I will see what changes I can make.

Game no. 15 in the Premier League

This was a game against Liverpool and it was very impressive away from home. Our tactical change from 4-4-2 to 3-5-2 worked in this game. We beat them 3-2 with goals from Kurt Zouma and Michy Batshuayi and a last minute own goal from Ragnar Klavan. Thiago Motta was very impressive in the game and controlled the midfield. Divock Origi and Daniel Sturridge scored for Liverpool. Pedro got a facial injury which will keep him out for a couple of days.

Chelsea have received 200k pounds from the Ryan Bertrand deal, which is a small boost to our transfer budget.

Game no. 16 in the Premier League. We played against Everton and drew 1-1. Pedro broke his goal drought, he went 11 matches without a goal. Romelu Lukaku scored for Everton. There is still a lot of work to do to fix things up.

Game no. 17 in the Premier League.
A horrific loss for Chelsea. We lost against West Ham. Andre Ayew, take a bow. He absolutely finished our defense. We were bad, really bad. The score was 4-1. Diego Costa scored a consolation goal for us. And that's about it.

Uh-oh..
This is a conversation that I need to have with Eden Hazard. He wants to join Bayern Munich. Hopefully we can keep him at Chelsea. I've convinced him for now to stay at the club, but nobody knows what is going to happen in the future.

Game no. 18 in the Premier League
Chelsea beat Swansea City 1-0. Eden Hazard scores the winning goal. We are doing our best to recover from that stunning loss against West Ham and this is an encouraging start.

Game no. 19 in the Premier League
Chelsea lose 1-0 to Watford. Watford are having a good season and they were by far the toughest opponents to play against this season, so far atleast. M'Baye Niang scored the winner but Troy Deeney, Isaac Success and Roberto Pereyra were quite good and threatening to score too. Their defense was solid. We had our chances, but lacked that clinical edge required to win in these types of fixtures.

I changed my tactics again, due to being in a pressure situation. The formation will now be a 4-1-2-3 DM wide.
