I think what he did was made a fair few managers, all on really rich teams, and just transferred in really low level, most likely reserve players for massive sums of money and given away the best players on the other teams for low sums of money. Thus creating an amazing team through hard work, whilst the editor is much easier and cheats just as much.

Kaka and Fabregas in my opinion, though the other ideas put forward could work as well...

I'd go for Kaka and Xavi/Fabregas...........Kaka in ACM he is an absolute animal in that position and Xaxi or Fabregas as a deep-lying playmaker
