well done matey im doing the celebrity diet i have done the cambridge but costs way to much, www.celebrityslim.co.uk or google rowlands pharmacy as its exclusive to them. you lose about roughly 3 pounds a day i lost 11 last week

I'm now currently 182Lbs (13st) only seven more pound to go till I reach my goal

The Ennis 7 really does work. I made it up as I typed in that post but it really must work. I mean; come on, how can you not lose weight not eating?
