What I mean with home grown is you need a min of 8 players trained by the club don't you? Or maybe its 4, but thats impossible if the club is made up aint it?

yes but nobody is in europe for the first season, so people will may have picked up some english players, ive put everyone to 20 youth setup so you will get good Home Grown players anyway.
