It doesn't look like the screenies you posted were after the trouble that you mentioned. Do you have some more recent ones? The only thing I can tell from those screenshots is that your midfielders Lampard and Essien, despite being very good, do not seem to be contributing as much. The rest of the starters have better average/last 5 games rating but these two are consistently average. Take a look at their roles and duties.

You are conceding a lot of goals obviously, like somebody said, try leaving defensive line as default so that you may change it with touchline shouts, when you want to switch between defensive/offensive. Also, how is it set up? Did you try using a cover/stopper or cover/defend? I generally always use one of these two combinations for my DCs. Put the cover behind Essien.

Don't just give up and download somebody else's tactic! post some more screenies and give a detailed description of what you think the main problems are, and one of the many geniuses on this site can help you.

I understand people saying it's probably not the most helpful reply but, he's not wrong.

I'd say learn the game with a smaller club first. Little pressure for success in the Blue Square Premiership, ample time to figure out how tactics work, big focus on making sure that you understand how finances work. Don't be in a rush to get in 20 seasons of gameplay. Take your time. Lot easier to manage Chelsea when you've dragged Wrexham back up the leagues. Gives you a better appreciation of how your players work together and where you the manager make a difference.

Depends on whether you want to learn how to play the game or shortcut your way to unlocking Steam achievements

Try playing more direct and give Lampard an attacking duty. Set your defensive line to just 1 notch above normal. Slowing down the tempo by a bit helps too.

Then I downloaded Hough's tactic and it went well again and then bad again sonow i'm developing my tactic on a new game
