I want ask the same question.
I used 4-4-2, 4-4-2 att, 4-4-2 diamond, 4-3-3, 4-5-1 with AC Milan but I'm always loser. In FMH, we cannot edit new tactics? and tactics for each player, right?

i used 433 with liverpool and only lost once the whole season to arsenal

well I have a game with AC Milan, use 4-1-2-1-2, have 2 champions leagues, 3 serie a's, 4 italian cup's, and thats 5 years into the game, one important note is that youth become amazing quickly, my team is:

Bench:

1 player above 25 in starting lineup and its a world class team, so you need young players!
