Wasnt being catty but oh ****, yeah, You need to register to see the posts at the top.

Just had a look there are about 3-4 revamps of the USA leagues one should fit what your looking for,
if not let me know and i'll upload my file for you to have a look at and then see if i can tailor it to what you need/want over the weekend. (H)

Theres a couple of australia ones as well.

You have to create a new competition and rules (When adding nation rules) - then re-add the leagues and edit the teams no problem.

I don't really know what you mean about caps - but vaguely remember seeing it in the nation record, not the nation rules , so it should stay.
