Post the tactic and team instructions please. My initial reaction to your question is that it's a very poor tactic or a tactic that cannot break teams down, but this is just an educated guess at the moment.

Here is my tactic (team Rangers). In Scottish Championship I win most of time. My opponent is Edinburgh City. Can you give some advice?

It would have been better to post the tactic rather than attach the file, but it doesn't look like you're going to get much penetration against teams who have no will to get forward. I just quickly looked at it though.
