Well many others have 4 years contracts I find it really unfair. If at least all were put on 3....being a small club makes it also so much easier to lose them.

Also I played out the save which Sampdoria did amazing and so did Torino. But other managers sign by chairman got sacked. I really think the unsackable option should be ticked.

The contract situation really has to be thought out it just can be right some with 3 year contracts some with 4 and some with 5 when they sign.

Look, I have other things to do than just edit a game as well all day, I don't look at contracts when moving players except the wage (which kinda broke on me when I was editing wages) some have four, some have three. That really isn't my choice it's just what the editor is doing. I'm not meaning to sound narky but atm I haven't got anything in place for dishing out different contracts for each transfer and in previous games it hasn't been a problem.

For negotiations of contracts already at clubs I will think of something but it is likely that I contract negotiations will just become available for players in their last year

Think it's only an option you can chose for yourself if you take charge of a club. Not something you can elect for non-human managers.
