This season Sassuolo will be the team to make a deal with regarding him yes. Next summer, the co-ownership will be decided, meaning that he will be bought outright by one of the teams. (the team making the biggest offer to a neutral third part). So then whoever wins gets full control of him.

My point is that Leeds seems to have negotiated the deal with Juventus:
