Its Brunei's Time To Shine! *Story Thread*

wow that's good, have you got a good squad? i mean, enough to be competitive in the asia qualifiers

not really, the squad is below par by quite some way, our best player is Hardi Bujang, whos stats are about that of a BSN or BSS player. I think the stadium is so big because The Earl of Brunei was one of the richest guys in the world and maybe he invested a lot into stadiums and sporting things.

lets hope that you get good youth players for the future

I sincerely hope so.

Next game is Andorra, and they are favourites by a long way... thats a bad sign.

Odds: Brunei: 50-1 Andorra: 1-33(Fav)

It's not often that a 2-2 draw against Andorra is a fantastic result, however this was an exeption, They went 2 goals up and I feared a thrashing was inevitable. however a brace in as many minutes from Hammid Virkov including a Van Basten esc volley earnt us a draw.

Good luck. I reckon you can shock Andorra, 5-0?!

Oh you posted at exactly the same time great result though.

we've gone up to 182nd in the world rankings, which is good as we went dwon to 186th after our loss to Thailand.

An absolutely awful display, we should have lost by 5 or 6 goals, and we only had 1 shot on target, out of just 3 attempts. I need a good away tactic, as i used the same defensive tactic as i used in the home games, but the team were simply awful... any advice?

I'm subscribing to this. Good luck. My Bhutan one has been a challenge and ever since I made it I've seen many of these small nation ones popping up. I love 'em all.

What happened to this thread?! Will Brunei get better or not?!

This seems to be a thread that has stopped because of a bad run of form sadly.
