Remember also that you need to get a minimum of 11 players. This situation won't be ideal for you as you wont receive any back up players. Getting 12 players means you will receive 1 backup. You can of course buy the maximum squad size of 21 yourself, but the happiest medium is to get 15 or 16 players so you will receive a decent amount of backups.
