Jamie Carragher - A Managers Story

AC Milan, seems like an interesting new challenge!

It will be a tough one! But one I'm willing to take, would be great to get these back on top of Italian Football.

Dude, thats so weird!

Hope you get the Milan job, It should be a very interesting challenge.

It will be good! But hard, looking forward to it.

YES YES YES!

You have to go to Milan now mate, back to greatness!

Happy? It just seems like such a fun challenge, providing I can get them back there!

Would love to see you at Milan. Someone has to get them back to where they belong!

Thanks man, let's hope that person is me!

I'd love to see you at Milan but it's gonna seem like a bit of an anti-climax if you don't take Dortmund to the CL title before you go. I'm torn.

Yeah sadly I didn't enjoy the Bundesliga much, shame I didn't win the Champions League to finish it off!

I believe I can do a lot with this budget. There are a few more experienced players on the market who I can sign for cheap. I've already submitted a bid for a very good player! I'm going to sell some deadwood and then I will post up who I have in the squad. The main transfer here was Benzema on a free last year, which I'm pleased to see!

Interesting change of clubs. Hopefully you can restore some pride.

A screenshot of the squad or quick evaluation would be brilliant.

Yeah I'm going to do that when I've got rid of the deadwood, a lot of players here that are just worthless!

Going to be a fun transfer window.

We've hit our first setback already. I was looking forward to working under Benzema, the way I believe this club will be turned around is by signing experienced players this season who can do the job, then go for youth when we get back on track, unfortunately Benzema may not be here.

Don't remind those at Milan of what happened in Instanbul!

Can we see Gerrards coaching attributes?

Also I finally got caught up!! Can't believe you didn't meet Liverpool in the final of the CL, who ended up winning?

Not a bad all rounder, a lot for him to improve on, but having him as an assistant adds to the story!

Madrid won! It was the third time they had met in the final in 3 years!

I've done some brilliant business in the market. Although these players are not for the future, they will guarantee stability and quality right now. Which is something we need. The key to this is long searching for players clubs dont want anymore, but are keen to get off the wage bill. Sanchez is the biggest example. Brilliant player, but rsenal don't need him anymore, and he was taking up wages. Pedro and Wilshire are two more experienced players, and i brought Jesse because he is so versatile, and is great cover. Romagna is naturally a Juventus player, but he has been shipped out on loan to every club possible, I signed him from Ajax in the end, so it's been a good window so far, and I've only spend £22 million. We've brought about £15 million in from sales too!

So this is what I am working with at the moment. I can't pretend it's my perfect squad as it isn't. But I believe it has enough potential to finish higher than it did last season. Benteke is back off his loan, we have some quality here. I was happy to see Andre Gomis here as he was brilliant when I managed Valencia.

I've picked up this kid on a free after he was offered to me by his agent, he looks brilliant, and he is the reason I will be able to sell El Shawaaray, I've never been a fan. This guy will take his place. I've given youth a chance before and it works for me, so I'm going to trust my success in the past.

He's not the finished article by any stretch of an imagination but he is a very solid player, and has brilliant technical ability (I sound like Rodgers) :P But I can see this lad being key to our revival over the next few seasons.

Does he have a great character too, Brendan? ;)
