big fan in real life, but unfortunately Giroud doesn't have much left in the tank on this.

I'm very proud of that performance today, but the one player who stood out for me most
today was Rodrigo De Paul. I remember when I joined the club the first time I played
the lad for one game when we needed cover in centre midfield, and he seemed okay.
Since I've been back I've used him as a winger, and he is amazing! His dribbling
seems to go on forever. He bagged a lovely goal today too. Benzema and Otamendi
were also on the scoresheet. That's our third in a row.

We were outclassed today by a very good Real Madrid side. It was Kevin Volland who made the big difference, scoring two of their three goals, he always seems to score against me. Hopefully we can pick ourselves up quick.​

Our next game is Cordoba away. Surprisingly they are 4th in the league,
and if we want any chance of stealing that position, we need to win
this one. They're currently 9 points clear of us. I feel if we can
beat them, we might just put enough pressure on them to shake
them up.

After my first 4 games in charge, we have risen into
6th place. The top 3 are out of reach, but if I can keep this form up
I will be targeting that 4th place spot I missed out on last
time I was at the club.​

A huge win for the club today. If we have any chance of stealing fourth place at the end of the season this was a game we needed to win. De Paul kept his explosive form up by scoring two wonderful goals, while Tom Ince completed the scoring for us. We let in a sloppy goal at the end but we've done well today.​

A good win today. My first clean sheet in charge and I'm made up. I made 2 substitutions to change the game and Cartabia really did make the difference when coming on! Gabriel Silva scored his first Valencia goal from the spot. The race for fourth is on.​

Back to back 3-0 wins now which is great for our momentum going into the next few matches. I give Bojan 20 minutes today and he got his first goal for the club, he seem's like an okay sub to have. Hopefully Giroud is back soon too!​

A magical display form De Paul was the difference today. We now see ourselves 1 point behind fourth place with 9 games to go, with this form I think it's do-able.​

A brilliant result today, 7-0. The biggest schock was Benzema coming off the bench to score a hat-trick. De Paul and Paredes bagged themselves a brace. Espanyol's keeper was terrible, have a guess what his name was? Lippo...

A smashing 5-1 win today which puts us 10 points ahead of Real Betis and now destroys their hopes of catching us unless a miracle happens. It was a similar story as the front 3 were on the scoresheet. Homesick Olivier Giroud came off the bench to score his first goal in 3 months.​
