I'm not sure how, I will have a look later, I checked out their squad and it doesn't look like they've signed anyone to be honest, they still have Kompany, Aguero, Nasri and Hart, but the signings they've made don't look too good.

Is it possible that they would have got new owners? I seen them in the relegation zone all year but never actually thought they would go down!

They activated his release clause, he won't open talks with us either as he has his heart set on the move. A real shame because he has been an inspirational figure in this side, and to lose him for what I would say £15 million under his real value hurts.​

More problems. It seems that Parejo is now looking for a big pay packet to end his career, normally I would tell him to do one, but because he's been here for so long and that were losing Paredes, I need him. I offered to match what they will in terms of wages, but he wants out. This could be the start to a long transfer window at the club.​

I know we're not in the financial position to be selling layers for cheap either!

This was a transfer I was reasonably happy with. Riquelme has been a big part of Valencia's plans for the last 3 years, but he didn't fit in much for me. Hopefully the club gives me back enough of the money to invest in someone else.​

I know mate, really hard to deal with. I've got a few in mind, I've got to wait first to see if the board are going to give me money, I'm playing a dangerous game right now because if they decide not to, I've potentially lost 3 centre midfielders.

Very glad to tie him down.

Got my eye on many, getting them in is the problem. Even with Champions League football players don't see us as a big club right now. Hopefully got a good free agent coming in who has played for us before, will keep you updated on him!
