OK this is my first attempt at a tactic for FM 2010.I created it in the Demo for Boro and it worked very well scoring loads of goals.Gary O'Neil in the AM role scored a **** of a lot of goals and Gerrard now is doing the same in my new Liverpool save.

Its a 4-2-3-1 formation.

GK,2x FB's, 2xCB's, 2 x box to box mf's, 2 x wingers, 1 x AM, and one poacher.

This download is for the Attacking Variant but i now change to defensive for away games where im not strong favorite to win.(click Team Instructions and change the starting strategy to Defensive)

If your losing during the match change the Strategy to Overload for the last 15-20 minutes,and if your hanging on to a lead change to Contain for the last 15-20 minutes of the match.

Please give me feedback on how the tactic goes.

Well these are a first attempt so fingers crossed.They may need tweaking in certain area's so let me know how they get on.
 
just played glenn hoddle academy and drew 1-1, but the keeper had a shocker and everyone got over a 7.0, will play some more games with it

maybe if ricky lambert got off his fat *** and did something, he just stands there, maybe ill use saganowski
 
Well give it time and dont forget to change to defensive for away games.
 
just lost to bournemouth 2-1 though again we dominated the game, what types of players do u need

I've made a tactic aswell, but testing it out a bit longer. Played with it for 3 games scored 13 conceded 1. But going to use it for a season and depending on how it goes, may upload it. :D
 
Your tactic's are terrible. Stop posting now!.

Will give them a bash with my junior league side. :)
 
your tactic seems nice but i dun like the fact srriker doesnt score much goals

Well my strikers score plenty,who do you have up front? Ade Akinbiyi? ;)

Just been involved in an amazing game with Chelsea at The Bridge.I was 3-2 down with 10 mins to go so changed the strategy to Overload and managed to bag two late goals.Its games like this that remind me why i love Football Manager.
 
I brought Lucas and Mascherano back to the DM position's
