The only problem in that kind of tacticslike 4-3-2-1 ect is effectivncess of striker..... the role ect ..and pi the others can be easily fixed :)

Dont u mean 4231?

Its not a problem, my striker in my latest 4231 scores more than 1 goal per game avg
 
can you tell me which tactic of yours you liked?
you have like 4 tactics and i cant decide which is better
 
Well in all honesty, i havent played FM since the end of may as for some reason, football manager just doesnt grab me when the football season is over in real life lol.

Now its started again in England!

Well, after loading up my last save game to look at last seasons stats, i had started playing with a 4-1-2-2-1 and using a DM sitting in front of the back four and dropping the AP-A to an advanced central midfield position and using a CF instead of an AF.

I dont think i ever had issues with the player ratings of the person in the Regista role but the AP was rather inconsistent.

As you can see from the screenshot both Clement Grenier and his back up Sebastien Roux are amongst the worse performing players in my season where as wide players and my striker played best.
