I have played through half of the season. I must say this tactic is ****** awesome. Its solid at the back but at the same time its deadly up front in attack. The thing is that this tactic performs in every game for me. I used Langvatns tactic for a while but got hammered in CL-games against opponents I usually should trash. I switched to veez tactic and won against Porto, the leading team in my group with 6-2. That was the last group game, Sadly I didn't pass the group. I should have switched long before!
The only thing i can criticize though is when you play against good teams, you'll concede alot from corners. Maybe its so naturally, but i believe i have good cbs with heading, marking etc. But it doesn't matter because i outscore them anyways.
EDIT: What i also like is that the "tridente" up front and wingbacks score most of the goals. Some tactics seem to be lacking this, and will have a widespread goalscoring in the team. Im a big fan of a striker that scores 20+ goals per season.
