I made that very quickly. It is more for people who already have an understanding of how graphics work. I'll break it down a bit better for everyone tomorrow when I've got a bit more free time.

As for crests and sponsors Wikipedia is the best. It already has the background cut out so it's neat and tidy. You can use a tool known as the magic wand tool on Photoshop to easily erase background of logos. It can be quite tricky though so feel free to ask me and I'll provide you with crests or sponsorships.

It is very difficult, until you can understand how to do it.

I used the psd's so will have a go with them now

I used a png, and just changed the colour automatically, as i couldnt find the spray can feature :S
