koflok i want to ask in goals galore v3 player DR and DL is wing back but in ur player information it said fullback, and in striker it said advanced forward in ur tactic goals galore v3 but in ur player information it said deep lying forward, im so confused

That is because he is tweaking the tactic to make it become better.

My second season, managed to stay up due to 2 good runs of form. Strangely I performed well against the bigger clubs, and not so good against the average clubs.

Squad is from pre 3rd season fixtures, and shows a few tweaks; hoping to achieve a decent mid table position, and will hopefully delve into european places season after next.

I've noticed that long shot is extremely useful bonus for the winger.My Van der vaart(inside forwards-support) with 19 long shot just scored 7 goals from last 5 matches!!

I have put my Central midfielder on automatic (it's Gerrard), high stamina required but it seems to get Gerrard more involved in the game. Higher ratings and more goals forward (for my team at least)

Hello!

Thought i would give you some feedback on your tactic....

played first season with Tottenham and finished 5th which was slightly disappointing but not too bad. Then i decided to apply your tactic and see what i could do.

just by using standard mentality for away games and attacking for home games along with some classic team talk tips i won the premier league, Fa cup and Euro cup! just started season 3 and spanked Chelsea 4-1 in euro super cup!

Bale on the left wing has been excellent and i got alexis sanchez for the right. Dzeko up front with suarez as a sub.

over the 2 seasons i have made quite a few signings....

i am really impressed with your tactics and hope to continue the success with them.

one thing i tried out and is worth giving a go if anyone else has the opportunity is having the wingers swap position. I did this and they seemed to break free more often. Also when i have Suarez, Sanchez and Dos Santos playing i get them all to trade positions up front. Never lost a game with the 3 front men constantly swapping. great to watch and had some great results because of it!

oh also, following from JP woody style advice i did not use any OI on any game.

all in all, great work!

It's 'stuck'. I got the ideas but haven't got the time to test extensively.
I've been busy with making a database for my online league.
It's almost finish so I should be able to get back to this tactic in a day or two

Yeah having winger swap position is a big plus. That way they're not only cutting inside all the time. By swapping it makes the attacking more flexible and not one dimensional. I usually do that, but I didn't put it in because it won't probably work to many teams especially lower ones.

about the OI I've been using it for a while and working well on the defense but it's your preference really.

Just a stupid question really, are you refering to the: most of the games For the fans and then You can win this for a few harder games????

I never get this to work really...

glad the winger swaps has had an impact for ya!

in regards to the team talks, yes i usually go with "for the fans" and "you can win" for tough games. but along with that i always have a skim down and tell players who have done well in previous matches to "pick up where they left off last time" seems to work well for me.

another good way to maintain form is to spend some time telling your top performers you are pleased with their form or their last performance. I find this usually gets a positive result and following it is a good time to advise a new style of play to them. I found that talking to players and asking them to "hold up play" for example usually made them unhappy and added negative PR. after a compliment they seem to accept it and bend to the style you want them to fit too!

doesn't work every time but for me it has upped the success rate about 75%

@ Koflok on your advice i reckon i'll give the OI a try and see how it goes! might need a tighter defence for champions league me thinks!

Many thanks for your answer and taking the time to answer me
My player moral seemed to get worse and worse when i, probably "overused", for the fans while having a down period with results. But your tip to sometimes go for more individual pep talks seemed logic and i will try it.
Regarding the OI instructions as everybody, more or less, uses it works good but i have now tested on a new save letting my assistant decide and follow his advixe and for me it has been brilliant!!!!

Hmm see....

Simply stop using this tactic.

Many others has gotten a fairly amount of success with this tactic.
Some have used Barca and easily dominated too.

Now that the other main factors are constant, the only variable is the manager - which puts you into the equation.

Probably the failure has something to do with your ability to manage in the game..

I don't allow people to just go upload versions of my tactic and distribute it.

SO no you won't be able to get any of these other than trying the tweaks yourself.
It's all in the first post really if you read it.
