First couple of games: looks good so far, won my games with ajax and middlesbrough(championship pred. 12 in my season) easily. Had some goals against from corners which i didnt before. But this could just be bad luck :)

KOF,Recommend several Inside forward,THX

Tell me your budget or you can search it yourself based on fiter told by Vigotje below.
Search for good dribbling, flair, agility, speed creativity, and probably finishing.

On top of my head, Giovinco and Muniain for AML. There's lots of them for AML
For AMR Douglas Costa, James Rodriguez, Gaitan, etc.

Sulejmani, Lucas Moura, Eriksen(can be trained AMR and does well.), Ljajic (dunno if spelled correctly, the guy from fiorentina), neymar ;), basicly just search on position AMR and LEFT Foot in fm2012 :P and ofc AML and RIGHT foot

Nice. Hopefully it's just bad luck.
Is the current attacking corner better?

Corner seems better ye.

Overall i think the tac is less stable. Also i got less CCC (but still some goals but thats probably cus my players just own the players in my league. Ajax is to strong for the league in fm2012 :P ) but ill watch more games to give u usefull tips

Edit: Missing leandro and sanogo ( and regen thats as good as sanogo) so could be the fact im missing my top 3 forwards (AML/SC/AMR) ;)

It seems to be a bit more stable defensive but a bit less effective in goals. My stats so far:
Premier League: 10w 0d 1l 27for 3ag
Champions league: 4w 0d 0l 16for 1ag

U18 league: 8w 0d 0l 53for 1ag

keep playing amazing.from 10th place i climbed to 4th with 10 games unbeaten and 11/14 wins in the end.for away games i just put defensive line 3 notches to deep and this brought balance to my team.for OI i just uses my best coach opinion and nothing specific.and works briliant.i think if i can sign i the future def. players with 15+ pace/acc i can puch the def line much further and then we can have party
as far as it concers corners i think the best combination is to leave attack far post your best header while the second mark the keeper.I think it works better than attack from the near post.just my two cents from my experience.
keep updating it man.by the way i support you on the best tactic competition:D

I've noticed, home games vs not to good opponent u totally destroy em, they get like 1 chance :P win 4-05-06-0 each time!

This tactic is realy amazing

I've been thinkin about playing wingbacks instead of fullbacks as well. I did that on the last year's version and giving good results.

Regarding the striker as target man I wouldn't do that. If you look at the PI, the only change the striker will have from changing Advanced Forward to Target man is just Hold up Ball. If you do that, his role wouldn't mainly be the goal scorer and tend to look for runs from wingers. And I believe the settings on current striker is already really good that I would not really want to change it.

So unless you got really good strikers who plays on wing (like Lavezzi, Ronaldo, etc) and true target man who can't dribble (all hail Heskey), don't change it to target man. :D

That´s true i made the change cause Forlan its getting old, and he loose his pace, and my other striker Pazzini its more T Man than Striker, but Striker role works way better than Target man with this tactic.

I change my DM cause Cambiasso isn't strong enough to play as Anchor man, i play him as Defensive midfilder defend and he is doing really good so far.

check out my WILLIAN, the guy's destroying the game!

So now i need a good striker, i am thinking in Cavani or maybe buy an inside forward RW and put Hulk up front.
And a Anchor man like Fellaini or Sissokho

thank you :)!

Yes that's what I was aiming for in this version.
I want to press opponent so that they can't shoot. And us to get plenty of chances.

Well, 2.7 goals/game and 4 goals/game isn't that bad.
I'm targetting around 3 goals/game in mine usually.

TBH I didn't change much on the attacking aspect. However, the lower d-line and fullbacks that are less attacking might contribute it.
The tactic is not as super-offensive as before but defensive-wise improves a lot.

Cheers thanks for the input. Glad that you played around with it accordingly to your player.
That's how it supposed to be done.

Hmm really? I decided just to change it around, I do like far post better though.
Might actually change to far post in future updates if proven to be more effective.

Wow Willian. Really nice considering he's playing from the left. Good stuff!
If I were you, I will put Hulk as forward right away and put whoever on right wing.
Hulk as striker is LAW. Haha

This tactic is realy amazing

Well I know it's Barca and all but f*ck yeah that result.
Just like Barca playing at home IRL. Scoring much and conceded none. Lol you beaten RM 7-0.

JUST DYNAFANTASTIC!!! Dude I was using the same formation with different personal and team settings but, this tactic performs much better than what I had. First I didn't like the Anchor man b/c I wanted my DM to support mid but it actually works out great. Inside forwards are critical (just like you said) and I realized the team does more dynamic passes to all 3 forwards b/c they are forwards (2 inside forwards). When I had my wingers on Winger or Advanced Playmaker they didn't to that much, rather get the ball early and start a play. But with this the Inside forwards and the center forwards are VICIOUS!!!! Never seen such DYNAMIC attacks. I just changed the Advanced forward to Complete forward b/c I have a good striker and it works perfectly too. My striker is Luc Castaignos(Holland), 188 cm very tall, crazy physical, after individual training in dribble and quickness.... I say he is the best striker in 2012. He just owns defenders, literally runs over them and injuring them while he keeps going and scores... good at all areas, perfect Complete striker. And playmakers like Mario gotze or Eden Hazard can play on the right side with your tactic, since they are creative players they will cut inside or play like a winger or do whatever the F. Eden Hazard is my love btw.. Even though his finishing is not so high, if you play him at right winger position he will score and assist like god.. WOW I drifted alot... anyway.. thats how much I was Impressed and wanted to leave a comment here. I had the doubts at the beginning cuz I had to retrain my players to new position but they play well while the position mark is red yet. LOL Can't imagine how well they will play when its green and natural!!!!! OMFG Thank you for the work!!!!!

I dont get one thing.
You insist on a left foot on the right wing and a right foot on a left wing.
But in your example with Napoli, you have Lavezzi (right foot) on the right wing, and Pandev (Left foot) on the left.. ?

Not bad for first game of the season :o

Not bad at all. :P

Glad you're having a good time with the tactic. Awesome!
Yeah it's your game so as always I recommend people to tweak around what they think fits to their team. And you seem like have done a good job.

Thanks again. Entertaining football with goals was certainly what I was aiming for with this tactic.

Cheers.

Haha yeah that's a bad picture. I usually use Kadlec who's right footed on left wing.
However, the combination above is somehow works, because
1. Lavezzi and Pandev, although not playing 'opposite foot', are natural strikers who plays in the wing. So they don't look to dribble and assist but acting as a striker who are almost always in the channel.
2. Cavani has a PPM of 'comes deep to get ball'. This allows him to act as a connector between midfield and attack as opposed usually done mostly by the wings.

While it works, it's kinda hard to find such combinations. :)

I've been rotating on corner strats, this still seems to be working best :P

Btw i don't know for sure, but i think "Beating offside trap" for ur SC will help with all the through balls?

Early Red card, still won! 4-1

Anyways:
Basicly on red cards, take out one of your -> DMC or MC's <-. You will need 4 defenders, and the wingers+SC are very important.

I dont know bro.even if i got some goals when i was testing it from attack near post my CB went barserk when i told him to attack from far post.but i agree either way its good though.maybein your save goes better the near post way.
Anyway i finished the season with malaga with 13 unbeaten run winning 11 games with a mid table budget team.i think my best result was the 0-0almost easily of my team against full barca away with 4 and after the 60min 5 under 20 players.which 3 of the including the GK was under18.
Bro can you please tell us which are in your opinion the best must have moves in order this tactic to be even better.for example dictate tempo for midfielders.
I would love to be part of getting better an almost perfect tactic

I'm not sure on that one. Maybe it'll work as long as your striker got good off the ball and decision.
I don't really look into much on that.

Nice! Yes I usually pull out the MC.
Unless you're leading by 1, I pull out the winger.

Haha well from what I notice is with far post you get 1-2 CCC per game if lucky but using near post you don't have to have the tall, high jumping heading defender. But I don't really focus on that part, I prefer to score from open play.

Well it's a bit hard, because even I myself haven't test with all PPM out there.
So far that has been helpful for me, I've posted it on the first page.
So my bad I got no inputs on this one. You'll just have to experiment.

But somehow, power shot for striker has been highly effective as well. Especially when he moves into channel and got an open shoot from an 'angled' position. (You get what I mean?)

Hello Koflok. :)

I started a Bolton save and using my own tactics i am in the relegation zone in November.

I downloaded your tactic to get me some wins. But who should i play in that winger/striker role?

I have Davies,N'Gog and Klasnic as strikers. Tuncay as a winger. So who?

I believe you got some decent wingers in Tuncay and Eagles as AML and Kakuta as AMR.
As for striker Klasnic and Davies are target man so your best bet is N'Gog

Take a look at Darwin Quintero or Gabriel Hauche if you got him on your game. Decent striker comes in cheap.
