it absolutely shouldn't.
i think that all that don't adhere to the rules can post their works (after all, they did put some effort in to it), but shouldn't be listed in the poll. everybody else followed the rules, everybody else knew about the rules, and everybody else made their kits in accordance.
fair's fair.

it's clearly stated in the rules - if it wasn't clear to someone whether or not using black in the badge (which already has some black in it) was enough, they should've asked and cleared the dilemma.
the way i see it, the guidelines make the competition more challenging and fun.
whoever doesn't want to follow them, fine - post your own Bradford kit, share your designs - but you shouldn't be able to take part in the poll.

i just noticed my away kit has the same colours as somebody elses but oh well

and the home has black on the collar and logos
